Bless all the veterans, without them we wouldn't have the freedom we have today. Never forget them.

A so very important and heartbreaking story of how the soldiers upon first returning from Vietnam were treated. So well told, however, and so worthwhile to listen to. Well done… and thank you.

Stand tall and stay strong because people like me still remember the disrespect and it made me cry. I love what you did...I respect what you did. And God thank you for your service

Thank you for sharing these stories. Invaluable to the future generations. I had a smile on my face with the ration stories - I laughed out loud. I sat silently and listened with the other stories and I will never forget them. Americans! HEROS! BRAVO!

Whether you agree with the Vietnam war or not, these brave men fought with valor and conviction; they never deserved to be treated like crap. I listen to them speak of this, and I can see the "kids" the young man in them, and so many suffering and dying in the fields and jungles calling out to their mothers, God as they took their last breath. They are heroic veterans that deserve respect.

I wish that I could undo all of the rotten hate of the American public and the protesters who blamed these heroes for a war they fought in good faith.

I have had the opportunity to eat C-Rations the best thing in them were the pound cake. I served in the early 80s. They did away with them I then became one of the first for the new MREs 🤮 Now they are a whole lot better. Welcome home gentlemen.

Your MREs were being issued as LRRP rations in Vietnam as early as 1967. I was there.
