If you are facing issue with get cloudy do the following While adding contacts click on "Account Name" Click on "Add accounts" Name the account as "Get Cloudy" Click Save Now save the contact same as video

go to account section and create acc named Get Cloudy and now create a contact as mentioned in video with filling the acc details too and selecting the created Get Cloudy acc my problem solved by doing this..hope it helps
