You must understand that this video might be useful, especially for those who can spend a lot without worries or have clients that pay enough. However, for those of us who are learning, this will not completely satisfy our needs. Of course, speed and security can be problematic with WordPress, but plugins are making it easier to add premium functionality that is available in other builders. Remember, most people who use WordPress are non-developers most of the time.

a CMS is a SAAS, it's a web application, it just so happens that Wordpress is open source so you can use it for free, not all CMSs are free or open source.

WordPress but using your own hosting, don't listen that guy, WordPress with your own hosting will make a lot cheaper and powerful compare to any other platform Either way just use Google site, less learn, fast web, and free except you want add domain

Need to be taught is the key word. He's not saying it can't be done, he's saying it's not worth the learning curve for most of us and I agree.

I find WIx clunky and slow. I find the interface very cumbersome and difficult to use.

Anyone have a recommendation that a Digital Marketer would use? I heard of Wordpress and have seen issue of it going slow but you’re able to link Google Analytics and Google Ads with it. Can I do the same on Wix and other platforms?

I've had to watch quite a few tutorials just to do basic things in WordPress ex embedding files, changing site header, clearing cache bc updates arent showing live....things that would have been done in 5 minutes in wix no tutorial needed. It just feels a smidgen cumbersome and I'm still trying to get the hang of it to create a basic site 😭 😅

The hostinger web builder uses wordpress? even the snippet you showed on hostinger is all the wordpress free themes...

I use Webflow and I'm a non-coder as well. Took some time to learn that's for sure... lol but no regrets!

Do you mean transfer stuff from WP to the Hostinger website builder? If so, that is tough but it's pretty easy to re-build a website using their builder. Or you can continue learning wordpress! It does take time but it's an important skill

It IS user-friendly, if you READ THE DOCUMENTATION. Wix definitely NOT user-friendly, and Hostinger isn't even a web builder, they're a host.

Hostinger is just where you host your site. Wordpress is the builder. I moved from Bluehost to Hostinger and I like it.

In the age of the AI wordpress really isn't that complicated

i just dont like wordpress it was so slow ! buggy not easy interface..

I tried to understand Wordpress initially but I felt like this is just unpractical and looked into Django and wagtail instead …. For me at least this was easier to go with 😅

You could be doing WordPress better! Everything can be automated, including updates and security. Also, if you build a website on any platform other than an open source content management system like WordPress or a VPN server, you become a slave to that hosting company and can never migrate your website, you’ll be limited in what your site can do, and you’ll be locked into literally every decision that company makes. Hmmmm, I wonder if Chang will block me today??? Be blessed bro, just giving my opinion since I've used Wordpress for over a decade.

Says wordpress plugins are headache and have security issues then mentions wix has apps developed by third party. lol

If I think back to 2000-2010 you could see so much creativity back then. Now eveyrhting looks the same and is boring. Every site looks like the other. Technical sites have become much better of course. But they have to be functional, everything else is just copy & paste, looks the same, feels the same .. is literally the same.
