How to live your future

I had known about Myles when I was still a baby in the lord (20 years ago) and never really connected to his messages until recently. A month ago, started listening to his messages and saw a different light that revealed a lot about myself, Christ, prayer, relationships, marriage, the holy spirit, purpose and the list is endless. I now have a better understanding of life and the kingdom of God. I am truly blessed and grateful for the messages he shared from 30 years ago and they still make an impact today. May God bless his soul.

I read this once: If it doesn't matter in 5 years don't spend more than 5 minutes crying/whining about it. A tip to Forget..

Praise God for this mini teaching on “FORGETTING”. Leaving my past in the past and counting and looking to my future. Thank you Father God for forgetting my past sins, failures before the world began. Thank you Father for choosing to receive your blessing of a future!!🙌🏽👏🏽

Practical tip for forgettting: pray consistently for a sound mind and trust that God would immediately grant it for you. Be still and know... then, refocus your mind on short term, near future goals.

Very strange. I became a big fan of him 2 days ago and ur comment made me hint he is not living and i found its true. Why such intelligent people leave so early. If his recorded lecture creates so much help, i womder what he could have done if he was alive.

To forget your past is really to look into God’s promises. He will never leave nor forsake you, so you are never truly left in your past unless you choose to be.

i like that it just remind me how deep the love of God is for me his love and care has always amaze me since i met him i feel like i am the only one on the planet that God care bout he has done so much for me that i cant stop bragging about him

WHAT A MIGHTY GOD WE SERVE!!! HE HAS MADE PROVISION FOR EVERYTHING CONCERNING HIS CREATION IN ETERNITY PAST!!! GLORY HALLELUJAH IN THE HIGHEST TO HIS HOLY NAME!!!

I just dont know how I came across Dr Munroe's teaching n messages. It started revealing so much to me. Praise God n I do not know why He had to go to be with the Lord so soon!!!

Practical tip 4 forgetting? Bring every thought captive to the Word of God. Forgive, give it to Jesus and make a concentrated effort to meditate on something else. Dwell on whatever is edifying. Repeat ;)

I just wanted to say this as I were pondering this message, He speaks from a place of certainty and I was thinking Lord why did he have to leave so soon, but the teaching left behind is still relevant as it was taught then to now and then maybe years in the Future as it falls on someone's ears whom may need to hear it😊

@marija mili, Philippines 3:13-14, Forgive yourself, and that takes God's helping you to step over it and move on. Tripping and tripping and tripping, gets boring. One day I asked God to give me something to do, and that one thing keeps unfolding and unfolding. So, now I look back and wonder, what else might be in that one thing. He multiples. So, just ask??? I had a messed up past since my teens and now past my 70's and He's since taught me that He is eternity and time or your age doesn't matter, so, ask and you may well be on your way forward beyond yesterday's past. God bless you on your journey@!!!!!!

@marija mili, God's Timeless Blessings Genesis 12:2 is an interesting fact in history. Genesis 12:4 counts Abram as being 75 years old, and Genesis 12:3 is when, " I will bless them that bless you and curse he that curses you and in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed. " From anyone of those time points, it's close to 1900 centuries, beginning with Genesis 12:1 to Jesus Christ and Paul, where he's admonishing the bewitched Galatians around year 62 a.d. Fast forward to 1983, when the late great Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein, founder of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews Organization, began proclaiming his ministry on Genesis 12:3 and the Isaiah 58 promises to us. Prophetically speaking, that 1900 centuries to 1990 centuries seems too parallel close to not being a biblically God timed occurrence. Another small similarity, Abraham lived right off the road from the ancient King's Highway root that connected the cultural worlds of his day. Then arrives Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein who soon began proclaiming his ministry through the Christian Television broadcast system that crisscrossed the world cultures of our day. Luke 6:38. How do i live a vision life when all the life i have lived is only misery. The truth is i keep trying with my efforts and having a positive mind for the best in the future but all you encounter is bad lack, and all i have to think is how strange things have been difficult from childhood. It's really hard to get away with such memory and having a conclusive mind of only living the life you have been living. we hear testimonies of people who have been successful but it's not because they try hard because people are trying and some of them even end up dying without making any achievement. But the reality is the World is only producing great people with great Speeches but they are not willing and ready to reach out to those who have lost hope especially in environments that are financially unstable. I conclude by saying that such speeches are meaningful to those who already have bread and they can in return develop themselves via ideas given. I challenge Dr. Myles to organise a trip to these remote areas of Africa do the same, i feel so let down when i hear him mention wonderful places hes been to all over the world which is okay but then us who are from the disadvantaged societies do we need to travel there to meet people like you.If God raises me from dust i will go back to the fellow people in dust and lift them because that's where the great achievement is. We try studying from one of the best universities in Europe by applying for scholarships but all you find is that students from Europe are freely allowed to study in this University. I ask myself A European student and African student from a poor society who really should be prioritised? They give Europeans the best Education for free and they come to Africa to invest and give us cheap Jobs because our skills are low but also in a pretence way of fighting unemployment yet they go back with heavy gains to their home countries. These speeches re motivating those who are already seeing where they are going. But i suggest you come up with speeches for those who are totally in the dark and have no hope of seeing the light. Thanks

@Kay Fauz, Ponder Paul's words from Philippians 3:13-14. Praying is good, but some times you have to find a promise in the bible and then ( press ) God for help in achieving it. Paul told Timothy to stir up the gift of God that is in you. God bless you on your journey!!!
