@dpatrocchio I could try the Native Instruments B4. I sometimes use it for it's pre-sets, but it's also possible to use the amps and Leslie simulation. Thanks!

@studiopulse There are lots of ways: adding a guitar (pre-)amp or adding a Leslie pre amp of making a "FX-loop" in the circuit of the A100. A dull-sounding Hammond...maybe your tone control on the back?? Ohterwise new tubes? Also take a good look at the Leslie. I think you have a "redcap" (red capacitors in the vibrato line box and on top of the tone generator...don't throw them away!

@HammondDomein I suggest you to test the VB3 Virtual Tonewheel Organ. You can connect your A100 to sound card to use the Leslie and Overdrive of VB3. The end result is very very interesting! Thanks for your beautiful video and music!

@studiopulse That's impossible. Only when you provide the A100 with midi. You better use a Midi (master) keyboard to trigger the software.

Heey rein, Ik was er inderdaad niet, ik had een ongeluk gehad en mijn duim goed gebroken (was van een botje niet zo veel heel over meer). Maar ben nu weer mijn duim aan het trainen en gaat weer de goede kant op! Ik zal je youtube account wel en beetje in de gaten houden, ben erg benieuwd naar je bluesje. Gr luuk

@dpatrocchio Yes, its my Hammond A100 with Leslie 145, a Focusrite Saffire pro soundcard, a Macbook pro with Logic. Plugins: Compression, distortion, noise gate......

Rein, this is an absolutely gorgeous rocky sound. Did you mike up the Leslie, already driven hard, and still applied a distortion plugin on top of the mic'ed Leslie?

@HammondDomein well how can I get a distorted sound on my A100.... I also have a 1965 Hammond B3....and it sounds a little stiff... what can I do?

Rein, thanks so much for posting this. So difficult to play at full speed! One question, if I may: in bar 4 is the triplet notated correctly? Is the second note of the triplet meant to be F natural instead of F# (key signature), since the 3rd note is notated as F#?

@@MrKersey Maybe he was inspired by Deep Purple. So he took Jon's sound to incoperate it in his solo.

Another one who did not understand the spirit of the song, no musical sensitivity ..... Technique is not essential everywhere!
