I have my Master's degree in Social Work although, I state in all of videos that it is imperative you take responsibility for you own emotional and physical well being. I offer EFT as an EFT practitioner. The information and coaching I provide is intended to educate, inform and inspire you on your personal journey toward optimal health. It is not intended as a substitute for consultation with your healthcare provider. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. EFT has been used by thousands of therapists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, doctors and individuals with exceptional results and minimal side effects if any side effects. However different people may require different care based on different variables. Please reach out to a health care professional if needed.
I have hundreds of videos to choose from and they have been viewed over 4 million times. Please enjoy them and be sure to share them if you found it beneficial.

I'm roombound & housebound with no light and I have peripheral neuropathy over that. I also don't have access to many ammenities required for my safety, sanitation or other things and nobody visits me. Thats why I procrastinate. There is overwhelm, no break and no change with another area of life so monotony as well.

Hi Julie, this video came through when I was sitting here playing with my phone and avoiding making a phone call, then I procrastinated watching the video. I just made the call, it wasn't that terrible after all. Thanks!😄

I listen to this video every day. Sometimes 2 or 3 times. Because I have so many projects for my career and home that I must do!!! And it really helps. Part of my procrastination is from being burned out and mentally and emotionally exhausted. Do you have any videos about being burned out? Probably your video on being exhausted and tired would help. Moving, my husband's health, my health, the pandemic, and world events have caused me to burn out from all the stress.

I wish I had found this a few weeks ago. When I was tapping I found myself not thinking about the cleaning I’m avoiding, but about a project I failed at a few weeks ago because I procrastinated. And so many of your reasons were so right on the dot that I felt like crying. Really wishing there was a rewind button for life. Hoping to use this again - for the cleaning I need to do - after I deal with the emotions this brought to my awareness.

This is the beauty of tapping...address all the things that come up for you and you will set yourself fee...even the old memories. You will no longer wish for the rewind button :)

My very first school memory is looking at my phonics workbook (the 60s) in first grade thinking "I'm not doing this". Such an old pattern. That memory has played out over and over again for years. Really doesn't serve me, adds stress, rush to get things done. I often think that I play it safe by leaving it to the last minute and not giving it my best. So interesting...tapping it loose :)

I have ADHD a and one of the issues I’m facing is inability to get things started and finish things.., possibly it’s made worse because all around me are unfinished hobby’s and projects around the house, garage, shed,,garden, loft space, junk sorting everything has built up. But I keep putting things off and it’s supposed to be caused by executive dysfunction, I don’t want to procrastinate for any clearly cognitive reason but I feel overwhelmed… question will tapping help me fix this… second I don’t want to not be ADHD that sounds stupid but it’s what i identify with
