Tomorrow if I get 2 more cats, will be doing conversion. Hopefully will get a gold pet and new Traits, then will go into melding.

Is it advisable to convert first before melding? I only meld and haven't tried converting yet

you cannot meld a converted pet. Having a good pet that has: Tenacity - main skill CD reduction (this trait sets up all others to follow) Blindside - immunity to knock back after the pet uses main skill Soulshield - absorb shield after pet uses main skill (Procs vith+NETTLED without needing frozen heart) Concuss - If the Pet main skill crits you stun the target Innervate - reset all your CDs after the pet uses main skill Savior - Pet prevents death and grants 3 second of immunity Do not focus on the traits as they are rather meaningless benefits 1-2% crit, 1-2% dmg reduction, 1-2% crit dmg etc etc are worthless after strife debuff and are completely not noticed for game play, PASSIVE SKILLS is what makes or breaks your pet alone with the utility of the main active skill of the pet you choose whether thats the cat, sandstorm pet, or stun pets.

You can exchange stats for 3k plat between same type of pets and common probably can get more this way but i can't confirm it. I exchange stats between magic and rare and it worked, but i didn't pay attention to their limits (but magic pets usually have less than required for traits so i think it worked perfectly well)

I made a pet with legendary skill savior. How come it’s not activated as a bonded pet, but works as companion pet only?

I'm also using this pet cat and really good even it's only blue

Hey, Apollyon! Got any clue on how the pet market at Nizsa works? Me and a buddy of mine watched it for an hour and it never reset, despite it saying in game it's supposed to reset every 20 minutes. Would be really nice to know how it works!

We really need more detail on how to convert pets with traits while keeping those traits. I dont know if im messing up by converting ones I should be keeping or how to keep traits I have on pets i want to keep. I think this is where most people are stuck on and would like a video demonstration of

@@steadygettingblown Tomorrow sir, I am getting more pets and going into conversion. As for how i got those traits, I purchased one gold pet for 6k platinum and other one I unlocked at the summoning table, i did some melding for them to unlock traits requirement.

@@steadygettingblown to get traits you need to level your familiar to level 30 but its random. A rare familiar will most likely have a trait that is active already. While common and magic will have inactive traits since their stats is lower and you need to reach the required number of a specific stat to activate those traits

@kelvinmajere not melding it will update the left one, but converting will only preserve based on skills, so if the rare has the most advanced skills the converted will be rare, but if the magic has most advanced skills it will convert to magic.

Selling early is recommended before people learn that they aren't worth max plat. Save and you can likely repurchase what you want for less when the market stabilises in time.

I’m not even bothering to try to understand this pet/familar BS yet. It’s so confusing. I’ll wait for a week or so and then hope by then someone can make sense of it all.

Aberrant pets cannot be melded right? I have multiple and it doesn't seem that they can be. So if you convert and it turns into aberrant you are stuck.

They can be melded but they need to be level 30 first.

@@ApollyonGaming this is wrong. according to the instructions in the game go to melding part "Ordinary Familiars can be melded after reaching level 30." That means only ordinary familiars can be melded not aberrant. Now if you got aberrant familiars you need 3 level 30 so you can do aberrant conversion... for detailed mechanics and requirements just read it from the familiars tab then click the "( i )" at the upper left corner of your screen.

@@unsafe_io nope you cant... you need 3 level 30 aberrant familiars to do aberrant conversion, example try using 3 level 30 rare aberrant familiars + conversion stone (to ensure familiar rarity doesn't decrease), use same passive skills to increase chance that new familiar will have the same passive skills. This will give you a better aberrant familiar.

I had few drops from elites during last few days of hardcore grind and i purchased 2 from the shop for cheap, 2k platinum and 6k platinum for gold.

I have to watch your videos at 2x speed because. The. Way. You. Stop. After. Every. Word. Makes. Me. Feel. Dizzy. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

30% is not real. I've converted twice.. 1). 3 Blues 2). 1 Gold+2 Blues Result.. 2 junk Blues come out.. 😵

That's fine, but I have zero rare pets and 4 different blues at level 30. Making what I have completely useless. No active traits. I did nothing wrong, just the ridiculous random roll nature of this game. So, I am disadvantaged through no fault of my own. This is getting real old, real fast.

Let's be honest. They fucked us all over with this pet system again. Got us all hyped and we got a fucking Astro physical riddle to upgrade them. Why not just give us a understandable pet system? Diablo is truly evil

Two of my Blue/Magic pets are from bundle. Yellow/gold I got from summoning table and other one from shop for 6k platinum. I got that platinum from selling my normal gems.
