There is only two things I concentrated on and it worked for me to grow back my hair: 1. Lowering the factors that cause hair fall like anxiety, fried and spicy food, smoking. 2. Stimulating the factors that cause hair growth like adding Coco Onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, hydration, good fruits, and vegetables.. What ever the reason there is always a solution to grow your hair. Just remain confident and don’t stress over it.

Yes it’s fine. Just use sulphate free shampoos

1) Sulphates dry out hair and scalp making the hair frizzy and brittle. 2) Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 3) Benzoyl Peroxide, Adapalene, Salicylic acid Your example for Biotin deficiency...the malnourishment visual had me cracking up! 😂😂😂 The biotin supplements these days are too concentrated. Never took one...and after your example, I will always be reminded of the visual. 😅 Thanks Nipun for another well researched topic!

In today's world this type of problem r vry common bcz of using alots of chemical. 1)sulphate is not good for hairs. it damage the hair make the scalp dar 2)among all vitamin. For how long can we use the mixed oil for. What’s the shelf life of it. I use mustard and almond oil So can mix mustard and almond oil and put rosemary oil in it. Like you mixed the oil in bottle

I would keep the mixture for no longer than six months. Make small batches you can surely add it to almond or mustard.

Most commonly side effects of sulphate shampoos are brittle dry hairs. 2. Vitamin D & B12 these two are the most common Vitamins which may cause hairfall due to their deficiency. 3. Cystic acne can be treated in so many ways most commonly it can be treated through salicylic acid based products and Benzoyl peroxide can be used to treat it too. Onion water is very effective and i have seen huge difference in hair fall after ur recommendations...... Answers... Sulphates in shampoo are toxic and can make our hair dry, brittle, irritation and dryness or redness of scalp. They can make our hair weak and might cause intensive hair fall... Deficiencies of Vitamin D and B12 causes hairfall...The most recommended treatment for Cystic acne is to use anti bacterial face wash with benzoyl peroxide and secondly use Azelaic acid cream or Adapalene gel at night followed by moisturiser....
