1. Maintain correct Spine posture 2. Drinking water in sitting posture to hold control on insulin 3 water in copper bottle 4. Consume vitamins , if tablets it should be only after doctor’s advice. Options are banana , coconut for potassium consumption. 5. Consume Butter milk with curry leaves early in the morning for b12 and iron along with vitamin D from sun.

That is called extra hormonal growth increase. Stop eating non-veg and drink lots of water. Your body should contain 75% water. Unwanted hair comes from over eating with stress n no sleep.

Madam,I am doing 21day workouts of wow morning(on terrace )I am find very hard to complete full rounds evening(in home under fan or AC) somehow I am able to complete.what is diff between morning or evening,do we have extra energy in the evening.

Benefits of morning yoga first your stomach was free..morning climate is different to evening...you can do yoga on morning with empty stomach your body functionality will respond .. that too our minds also cool morning time...once you feel it morning
