thank you so much sir today i have realised why i stay unhappy most of the time i dont appreciate myself for what i have done i just scold myself for not being able to do what i decided

I have seen that rewarding yourself or staying happy with even small things makes you motivated all time this I used for my boards and helped me in focusing on my studies. But, now due to lockdown I got a distracted from studies so I had to come to this video. But,I can assure you that if you follow tips given in video you will definitely get rid of distractions.

Main ek student hun aur main three days pehle se apne liye har night next day ke liye targets set kare the (4 chapters a day) aur main sirf kal ye target complete nahin kar paya, sirf ek chapter complete kar paya, which was ( Light ) aur main sad feel karne laga jabki baki 3 chapters easy the aur maine hard pehle kiya, After watching this I appreciated myself for my this big achievement. 😌

A good video to watch. I advise everyone to set the purpose of your life stronger and don't let the temporary distraction ruin it. Just follow up for a while you’ll feel the changes in your life. So stop letting other people hijack your day.
