Speaking as an Everton fan (i know it's shit) but I never get the mentality Keown and a lot of these ex players take towards rival clubs. And I also thought the club was Arsenal FC not Arteta FC because if this was any other manager, they would blame him for poor results/performances but not Mik Arteta, double standards if I ever see it

our fans need to calm down on this referee whining,many times we also got "soft" fouls for us and things like that,many fouls against opposition in our box during the season could have been penalties aswell,we got for us many penalties for which referees said play on or even gave booking for diving to other players than ours in many games of other teams after we got what we love to call "soft" penalties,which is understandable because penalty is naturally the most controversial by nature decision in football,they will surely never ever been a 100 per cent consensus on what is a penalty from the referee board,for example handballs in the past handball was plain and simple foul and penalty now if your hand is down and ball catches your fist or something its play on being emotional and supportive is something but as fans of football we have to learn to be fair aswell,but with the fan police if you dont make acrobatic figures when for example we scored that goal where de gea was on the floor as he collapsed with his teammate you are a fake fan for them,you have to think that all decisions for us is right and all against us is never too far from a conspiracy

@@LeeGunner maybe you guys are short on memory , i remember the 50th match played against united in manchester as invincibles , we were playing the game well when the ref decided to gift united a penalty out of nothing and csused us to lose the game , and as i can recall , fouls comitted against our players and instead of gaining free kicks , they were getting yellow cards or punished by illusioned penalty , so , yes , i dont trust the refs , at least 99% of them

I believe the Referee did a bad job and his mind was set and made up even before the game to give Arsenal a hard time. The sending off fowl was 50/50 a referee with an open mind would give Holding the benefit of the doubt cause Son saw Holding backing him and ran into his elbow. Elbows are red so i have no problem there. But the penalty was extremely soft and it look like the Referee was only waiting to give a penalty against Arsenal to influence the game. If the ref gave the impression he sees and saw everything then why did he not see SON elbow too. It was easier not to give a penalty than to give one. No one would have said nothing if the ref did not give a penalty. The pundits on TV are awful they never says the truth so English refs will never improve, i hope they will not be at the world cup in November and December

I don’t think there is a conspiracy against Arsenal but a lot of decisions have gone against us. Son should have been sent off, the penalty was very soft, Liverpool had one not given recently. Tomyasu was stamped on against Everton, we were robbed against city, oodegard had a 50/50 and then Silva gets one for a very similar incident. McCarther should have got sent off when he booted Saka. Big decisions do go against us. Not sure why?

Every single team can point to ref decisions going against them. Arsenal fans need to stop with this nonsense. English refs suck and VAR cannot fix that. Anytime the ref's decision is what you're crying about, your team is a mess. Arsenal were poor and Holding should have been sent off prior to that and the ref chose to give him two warnings instead of yellows...but that doesn't suit the agenda right? You guys got the NLD postponed due to injuries not COVID...meanwhile, Chelsea were unable to and had how many COVID cases??
