    I can’t begin to say what a difference this video made. I had become arms only! Your explanation cleared up all the bad data (Impact Snap, Plane Mate, countless lessons, etc). I’m a 4 handicap and struggled to play 18 good holes. That all changed after your video. I finally played golf again and not swing. Thank you for being the difference.

    Is this true? I was a 6 handicap a year ago then fell into a rut in November and have just dug a deeper hole. I developed a super weak grip and when I film myself my backswing looks like @1:12. Super armsy, literally lifting the club outward. Hoping to strengthen my grip and also use this advice to start flushing them again.

    Thanks again for being a valuable resource for golfers like myself. One of my coaches from years back told me a simple truth: "Keep the golf handle connected to your breastbone (sternum) and rotate - Easy Peasy!" Aside from having a proper grip/stance/alignment, this is the only swing key I need to strike the ball consistently - Keep up the good work Coach!

    Can you make overhead view of entire golf swing in slow motion? That would explain everything since u can see the depth of the swing .

  • @daveedaem
    @daveedaem4 жыл бұрын

    This was a great lesson. It's amazing how much the club face points towards the ground at the half way back position The overhead camera was brilliant for showing the backswing positions. Any chance you could do another overhead and carry on to the next stage in the backswing. When this over head demonstration stops, your grip is pointing at your pocket. It would be great to see how you get it pointing back to the target line. A lot of people (including me) mess up here too.

    Hi Alan my view is everyone is an individual and if it suits your movement and works for you that’s all that matters. How you make it happen isn’t the important bit, it’s having a repeatable reliable swing action that works

    Just saw this excellent video. How do you then elevate the club without some lifting of the arms after you rotate- is it the wrist cock? Do the arms lift at all?

  • @SMASHFACTORGOLFCOACHING

    @SMASHFACTORGOLFCOACHING

    the wrist cock will help with elevation as will maintaining your spine angle. there is some arm lift towards the top of the swing

    hi, you are probably used to rolling your hands through impact which will close the face so you need to learn to turn your body more through impact and keep the club face more neutral with your hands

    Yet another game changing golf tip from one of the best golf coaches on KZread. For a visual learner like myself, the aid of the hoop and the importance of using the body rather than the hands to square the club face will really make a difference to so many people like myself. Keep up the excellent work Natalie! 😃👌🏾

    Absolutely using the upper body is indeed the core of a great golf swing. And what rotates the core of our body from start to finish are the muscles of our core and around those muscles is our rib cage Percy Cooper spoke of swinging in a barrel. I now suggest the so call barrel is the rolling rib cage of our bent chest that is at core center to a great golf swing. So let the good times roll. Don’t worry Swing Happy😊Cheers
