Quite a selection of bikes there TAYM , I would say eclectic if I knew what it meant . Spondon Laverda , very nice , but spoiled by the gaudy paintjob , but each to his own. The "Gold Star " looked better than standard with it's polished engine cases and proper style Goldie exhaust , well done. The V8 would be handy for nipping down to the shops . But might frighten the little old ladies. The RD , tidy minimalistic custom . The Bantam , understated home restoration . Nice . Andy's InterContinental ,is a practical conversion with slimmer exhaust . All good plus others . Everyone's a winner baby ! ( as the song goes )

Great bikes there TAYM,I've owned each of these, XS1100, 600 Fazer and of course the wonderful first generation curvy SV650's ,faired or unfared as you say one of the best bikes ever made! But can't leave the old Bantam out , the first motorcycle I ever rode , when I was 14 , (my older brother's) I got my own when I was 16 , a D14/4 1968, and on the road on my sixteenth birthday in 1971! and happy to say not stopped riding since ☺️ , Cheers Mel

The Bantam D3 150cc was nice and reminded me of the first bike I rode on the road, being a Bantam D1, back in 1958. The bulb horn was standard fit and placement. The Honda 400/4 was beautifully presented, so for me it was Bike of the Night.

Excellent night, each time there seems to be more and more interesting stuff turning up. I'm sure the chrome haters will have a field day but if we all liked the same thing what a boring world it would be. Funny how we all love the tiddlers, Bantams, Honda Cubs, FSIEs, must be a nostalgia thing but they are very enticing, might have to get something small to play with (no rude comments please)👍.

Well done TAYM. Some very nice machines there. However, when you look at something and wonder what it is and I'm sat here knowing it and feeling really really old. Keep it up please as every time I plan a "bike night" trip it RAINS.

What, Mr TAYM running on the fuel light, it's unheard of I say, unheard of 😊😂 The Laverda certainly was lovely, a lot of work went into it for sure, the yellow SV650S was a corker and the Yamaha XS1100 brought back memories my mate had one back in the day.

Good one TAYM have to say the Laverda does look special fabulous paintwork what piece of kit for me the bike of the day .Lovely Harley their is no doubt Harley's do have a special sound all of their own, the RD400 sounded great wasn't so sure about the look though it somehow didn't flow for me with that tank and tail end but a great bike none the less .I did like Andy's new Conti with those Inter bars on it look pretty damned good to me great watch as ever well done .👌👍

Thanks for the walk around lots of great bikes and my favorite was the Bantam as I owned a well used one in 1960 before I moved up to a C11G which was a great well used one also Great show and you always seem to have a good time Regards from Florida

Another crack’in bike night Mr TAYM! My favorite is the RD400 in King Kenny Roberts livery. 😍 But the other bikes were amazing as well. The yellow SV.🤩 I like the GT with the Interceptor bars as well. Too many wonderful bikes again. Thanks for taking us along! I ordered a Kendon Folding Ride on trailer yesterday. My old trailer had bitten the dust and I’ve gotten tired of asking for rides or hailing cabs when I take a bike for service. Take care Mr TAYM and the TAYMites!

I had a mk1 Fazer 1000 and a 600 exactly the same as that red one at the same time. The 1000 takes yer breath away and wish I’d never got rid of it but the 600, totally solid, predictable, great handling!

I loved that 1700 Yamaha Roadstar probably because a 1600 version of that bike I had owned in years passed. The Roadstar was another Japanese motorcycle that was very, very dependable……aren’t they all?

You got to the HD review and I went through a sneezing fit as soon as you got close. I figure , I am allergic to chrome! I washed the W800 yesterday and very much dislike the pipes! Only chrome on it. I was thinking of having them wrapped!

The Harley and its pipes...... having the ability to hear things is overrated anyway 😮😂 I have floormats that are thicker and would be more comfortable than the "seat" on the Rd

G’day cobber, I couldn’t resist getting in first, I usually wait for the usual suspects, however I thought… bugger it, I will beat the lot of ‘em for once😳😁😂😂. Just to prove why I call myself ol’manshit4brains, I sold my beloved Betsy about a month ago to make way for a new Harley Davidson Tobacco fade ultra limited… I found life without Betsy was missing something, a huge hole suddenly appeared. She turned up in a dealership around 2 hours ride away….. I have purchased her back🙄🫣🤣🤣🤣. Any advice from anyone as to why my bank account always seems to have a zero balance??? No wonder she left🫣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Watching you with Bertie really didn’t help the situation 🤷🏻‍♂️😳🤣🤣🤣🤣. Perhaps next year when I visit old blighty again, I might be able to visit stonham barns.
