0:30 Acid Reflux क्या होता है?
जब हम खाना खाते हैं तब हमारे stomach में मौजूद acid खाने को हजम करने में मदद करता है और ये acid आम तौर पर हमारे पेट में मौजूद होता है और खाने की नली में प्रवेश नही करता है।
हमारे Esophagus के lower part में ये sphincter होती है जिसके कारण पेट का acid खाने की नली में नही आता है लेकिन जब कुछ कारणों से ये sphincter खुल जाते हैं तो acid esophagus में प्रवेश करने लगता है।

जब आप को बहुत सालो से acid reflux की शिकायत होती है तब दूसरी problems भी होना शुरू हो जाती है जैसे के बार बार खांसी आना, सीने में जलन और late stage में आवाज का बदलना acid reflux का संकेत देता है।

Acid reflux के मरीजों को Proton-pump inhibitors (PPIS) medication दी जा सकती हैं और अगर एक हफ्ते दावा लेने पर भी acid reflux ठीक नही होता है तो आप को doctor को consult करना चाहिए।

कुछ लक्षण ऐसे हैं जो stomach cancer और acid reflux दोनो में ही देखे जा सकते हैं जैसे सीने में जलन होना।
