Just gonna throw this out there. This gun is supposed to take 3 1/2in shells. If you use 2 3/4 you’re gonna need to tilt the gun slightly to the left.

No. the gun can shoot 3 1/2 shells its not a 3 1/2 only gun.

I have one of these bad boys and shot hundreds of rounds out of it and never had this problem

This is exactly what mine does. I've had mine for 12 years. It's OK at times, but other times it can be a real pain.

I took my p350 out today and had that same issues happen along with not even being able to load another shell “POS”. Great video thanks I thought it was me.

My father in law had this issue from day 1 brand new with all shell sizes. Brought back to dealer and was fixed somehow. “ME” I just stick with my old Mossberg 835. NEVER failed me since new 16 years ago and I shoot skeet with it also. I thought my Winchester was good til I purchased this one. Hope you have it fixed 🤞🏻

Thanks for chiming in. It's been in for warranty twice, with no fix as of yet. After notifying them of failure to repair the issue, and showed them the video, the warranty department claims there is no issue with the gun, and rather the issue is with me pumping it too fast. Stoeger USA from facebook attempted to provide me with a contact here in Canada, however it was no special back door service or anything, and will just end up with general warranty again.

My Stoeger P350 works great

Light loads my friend, I personally used to shoot my p350 for trap. Which are light loads or loads that use aluminum case shells. Try running a brass load and see how it works. I shoot my p350 for duck hunting daily, I have not had a single problem with it.

Thanks for chiming in on my video. I totally agree it’s the gun and not user error. It might resemble a short stroke but man when the same person doesn’t short stroke any other pump gun then you know something is wrong with that gun.

I can't pump that fast so I shouldn't have a problem

I had the same problem, look at your trigger guard youll see a pin that has worn the plastic, a new trigger guard cost 20 bucks from numrich

Look like the breech is hanging up in the bolt !

This is how Stoeger gave it back to me after the second warranty return. After showing them this video their response is basically user error. Poor customer service failing to admit a faulty design. kzread.info/dash/bejne/mIRlqrh6o7Sbmpc.html

@@jordaneden2490 If you want to get down to it, it is designed to accept all size shells. Funny that the Benelli Supernova can easily shoot all 2 3/4 and 3.5 inch with no hangs. Just because it takes 3.5s doesn't mean it wont accept 2.75s.

Amen Danno. Doesnt matter if the gun can shoot 3 1/2 inchers or not. Should be able to cycle. My P350 is junk. I have a problem with it cycling a round or not firing a round everytime I duck hunt with it. My nova on the other hand has been dropped in mud and flushed with lake water. I continued the hunt with no problems at all. It is my go to gun for anything from shooting blue rock to dropping big honkers. The P350 just takes up room in my gun cabinet.

Did you ever figure out what was wrong? I just bought a p3500 and it will do this every shot.... Then double feed

I have not. I just dropped it off for another round of service at the warranty department today. It was in there a couple years ago, this was the service report: "Gunsmith inspected, made adjustment to carrier latch and forend fit. Gun tested, no issues with cycling or ejection." The problems persisted immediately after. I only now had a chance to drop it off today as I didn't want to mail it into them for the cost of shipping; you do that a couple times and the shipping cost could have been a decent chunk on a new gun. Good (for me, not you) to hear that the P3500 does it as well. I will not be accepting that as a solution if they decide to replace the P350 with said P3500.

Pump in super slow motion? Dont have to do that with even the "Commander" shotgun for $199, or the entry level Winchester, Remmington, or Benelli. So why should this $600 one require slow-motion?

@@erock7382 Canada. Stuff sells for a little more up here. I paid $419 CAD, it was down from $650 or some ridiculous number.

Same problem and it double feeds.. THE STOGER P350 SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SOLD..CAUSE MOST OF THEM DON'T FUCKING WORK!

put a carrier from P3000...for test

the p3000 is better choice

You just have to slow down it a hunting gun not a skeet shooting gun

Every other entry level pump shotgun will rack at full speed, even the ones for $199. Why is the Stoeger worse than a pump shotgun for $199?

It will do it any shot, whether it's stuffed with 5 or only 2 shells. A recent test following a failed 3rd warranty repair shows it may be a problem with the elevator.

It's cheap and turkish. To be expected.
