Our Stockholm travel guide! Stockholm is one of those cities that I visited and returned just a few weeks later to make an episode. There is so much to love about Stockholm - not only is it beautiful, spread across dozens of islands, but the food is incredible and the vibe outstanding. Stockholm is a rare city that is truly an all year round destination. Cosy and characterful in the winter, stunning and sunny in the summer. I have a lot of time for Stockholm and I think you will too.

I went to Stockholm. At first I didn't like it, but it grew on me and eventually I felt a connection. (I wonder what number I am of people who've made this joke, maybe the millionth.)

I adore Stockholm. Thank you for this
Swede here. I can't stress this enough to tourists. If you plan to visit, please come in the summer months of june, july and august. Unless you want a cold, rainy, dark depressing experience. Sweden in summer is a completely different country to winter Sweden. Everything is open, people are happy, the city is green with trees, sun is warm. Everything is so much better. I really feel that people coming in winter are missing out and do not get the full experience if this country.

Could you convert the currency to Euro/dollars in future videos? Would be helpful when trying to judge how expensive/cheap the prices you mention are
@attachetravel
Жыл бұрын
Nope! We used to do that in our early episodes but the data is almost instantly out of date. So we give the prices in the local currency so you can then google the exchange rate to your local currency to get a sense of how expensive things are relative to where you live.
