You have to modify the suspension, you can’t just leave it stock and not expect to roll. You wanna get it lower to the ground and a softer suspension, also remove the foams in the tires and put brass bead locks on. Mine will damn near climb a wall, but everything is brass except axles with a furitek combo.

very nice, would you be able to post a link about your aluminum rims, id love to switch mine out from the factory plastic to something better. and possibly the brass inner rings as well? Itd be much appreciated!

Wasn't able to post a link. They are Treal scx24 wheels 1.0" beadlocks. Type-D. Come with the brass rings, you can get them on Amazon.

I ordered the hardbody crawler body for this, unfortunately it didnt fit

Would this be good stock for a total beginner? Eventually like to mod

Yes. There good right out of the box., but definitely benefit from some mods.

@@sosonhrc6306 cool thanks. I actually grabbed one off eBay. Suspension is messed up or a brand new box. Seller said they accept refunds, but tried to tell me they had to send me new shocks and oil??? What the, I'm not comfortable with that situation, right so eBay is refunding, I'll be getting a new one from Amazon... Already got a few cosmetic upgrades. Need to learn how to work on my own rig
