Negative stock കാണിക്കുന്നതിൽ ഒരു കാരണം item സ്റ്റോറിൽ ഉള്ളതിനെ കാളും കൂടുതലും issue ചെയുമ്പോൾ negative വരാം. Stock check ചെയ്തു പോകണം. പലപ്പോഴും ഒരു product പല പേരിൽ create ചെയ്ത് ഇടും tally use ചെയുന്നവർ. Avar bill ചെയുന്ന ടൈമിൽ ചിലപ്പോൾ negative balance ulla product aakum select ചെയുന്നത്. Ithu പലപ്പോഴും സംഭവിക്കാൻ ulla കാരണം ഈ same product purchase ബില്ലിൽ വരുന്ന അതെ പേരിൽ ആയിരിക്കില്ല sale ബില്ലിൽ കാണിക്കുന്നത്. അപ്പോൾ purchase ബില്ലിൽ ulla product കുറയാതെ ഇരികുകയും അതോടൊപ്പം sale ചെയുമ്പോൾ sale ബില്ലിൽ ഈ പ്രോഡക്ടന് മാച്ച് ആകുന്ന മറ്റൊരു പേരിൽ ആയിരിക്കും bill അടിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നത്. ഈ decrepancy avoid ചെയ്യണമെങ്കിൽ stock name inward എന്താണോ കാണിക്കുന്നത് അതു outward varumbol ആ same name തന്നെ select ചെയ്യണം. Alnkil ഏതു പേരിൽ ആണ് outward പോകേണ്ടത് ആ സിമിലർ product varumbol ആ പേരിൽ തന്നെ കാണിക്കാൻ nokkuka. എല്ലാ വീക്ക്‌ എൻഡിലും physical stock check ചയ്തു computer figure correct ചെയ്യുക. ആ issue സോൾവ് ആകുന്നതു ആയിരിക്കും

Physical stock is required for the purpose of adjusting actual stock with your computer figure. sometimes if you put wrong selection of your item while making sales entry, need physical stock adjustment as per your purchase.make adjustment as per your actual quantity which kept in store/ godown

Stock ക്ലിയർ അതായതു physical stock ഇടുമ്പോൾ ശ്രെദ്ധിക്കുക. Genuine reason ആണോ എന്നത്. വ്യക്തമായ explanation കൊടുത്തിരിക്കണം. Physical stock എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ stock undu. Tallyil zero stock. അങ്ങനെ എങ്കിൽ clerikal മിസ്റ്റേക്ക് vazhi aanu ആ product zero aayethenkil product phisical stock ittu correct cheyyam. എന്ത് റീസൺ അത് genuine ആണെങ്കിൽ narration koduthu stock clear cheyyam.
