Euphoria. NVDA = 41 price to sales. Valuation doesn't matter until it does.

Stocks extended their year-to-date rally following the CPI report, with the S&P 500 last up 0.8% in afternoon trading. but I don't know if stocks will quickly rebound, continue to pull back or move sideways for a few weeks, or if conditions will rapidly deteriorate. I am under pressure to grow my reserve of $250k.

I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+ and I've netted over 2.8million.

Don’t be confuse buying the dip in a bear market, with guaranteed future returns. Just because that company is down 60%+ from ATH does NOT make it a sound long-term investment. Make sure you’re investing in great companies. kudos to Lorett Logan

I kind of interpret many post on here as acknowledging that we're reaching a market peak, in general, which is a well-supported thesis, and so if you've been sitting back chill while the gains roll in because bull market, well, time for traders to stay sharp, many are expecting volatility, probably a sharp downturn, smart traders should check their risk management is in shape, time to pay attention. The timing of his post vs what I know about the market supports that well enough. But yeah, the post could mean anything.....managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Sandy Barclays, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

This market not only has 7 rates baked in going back to November which haven't bleed off despite the Feds rate holds, there are a lot of stocks with either missed earnings or lowered forward guidance. Going back last year when earnings were guided lower, and they are still going lower. This market is way out of balance.

@misternobody9801 it is 7 cuts, the market has never corrected the move up from the October lows when 7 cuts was being predicted. Every time a cut was taken off the table, the market ignored it. Before the Fed meeting 0 rate cuts were forecast and the market was at all time highs. The Fed was neutral this last time and Powell was talking out of both sides of his mouth and the market still continued up.

@@Farlomous Wall street currently has 46 bps priced in which is just under 2 cuts. (25 bps each). The S&P was only up 7% from the July 2023 high to the April 2024 low. Despite pricing out 5 cuts it rose due to earnings reports this year.

Back before the peak in March 2000, CSCO doubled in its final six months. Today, NVDA is on target to TRIPLE over the past six months through June 2024, if it hits 150. I will tentatively call 150 a top. The idea that the bubble has even more years to run is not historically valid.

Interesting observation, I’d be gravely worried if a 3 trillion dollar mkt cap had the same P/E as a 1-2 T mkt cap stock.. (i.e. room for growth) It has increased significantly since catching up to itself at last earnings.

@@grantfawcettjr we need to flatten and consolidate for window dressing. Certain puts need to get in the money for Op ex puts have lost too much value over the past week but we have a lot of sideways up down before a change of trend is determined IMO. The EMAS can’t just break completely unless u get a 2% sell off in a single day. Only then can u change the trend. Right now is the longest streak since a 2% intra day sell off on SPX since like a couple decades maybe so that’s probably pretty worrying.

If I made videos I would always sound cautious. Don’t want anyone to fomo in with everything and lose it all.

The bubble will pop when investors realize that no one is making any money on AI.

Well there was that one time in 1995 under radically different circumstances leading into it and the Fed rate was at the peak for only a couple of months.... surely 11+ months that we are currently at is really similar what with the inverted yield curve for a historic amount of time.

are you travelling audio has been weak the past few vids?

Are you from the US? Are you aware of the the minute differences between English and American English? I don’t believe he is located in the United States. I’m sure you’re also aware that some of the most incredible authors have bent language to create incredible literature. You may be correct and this convention may be adopted by both variations of formal English but that is not the point. He’s speaking conversationally; this isn’t an academic essay.
