Those bonuses are a total of 103K research points, since the Gripen will probably be 410K research points that means you basically only have to grind 307K research which you can easily do in the 35XS in a day or a weekend depending on skill

I got the ja37d and im waiting so i can grind the grippen faster and the aj37s will help too Great content!

same i got my bonouses all ready with only about 2k on each modification left, i also got the bonouses form the AJS 37 and half the mig-21, i did have the aj37 however when gaijin changed the modification costs they auto completed

I love how ppl get killed by 9j in 12.3😂

As the other commenter said the 9J is a really excelent missile. Sometimes the flare resistance (especially when overflaring) is quite surprising

I just got it. I get so frustrated when the RB 74's lose lock 😭. It must have been nerfed or something because it gets like 1 flared very often for me. Either it has been nerfed or gaijin hates me.

If a vehicle gets added to a rank you are researching or have researched you don’t have to go back and research that vehicle if you are at top tier. For example I was grinding rank 6 Sweden when Finish line got added and therefore I could skip the Finnish planes and research rank 7 aircraft. But If I want to progress to rank 8 I have to research the rank 7 MiG-21 in the Finnish line and to be able to research the MiG-21 I have to research all the Finnish planes

Only high tier jet have that feature, you only need lock him with radar or IRST

Keep in mind you're doing this in easy mode since they lowered the br... lol.

I really disagree with the whole "playing plane to get ready for New Plane" metric that people are doing these days, But I will say this, You're doing better than most who just fly the XS and think thats enough to logically prepare yourself for the Gripen.

You do however think that it is better than people soely using the XS to grind new vehicles. Did I get it wrong? @@badrepputation Flying the XS right now as a new player (which I assume is 80% of all XS atm) to get to the Gripen without touching any other plane along the way is as about as retarded as playing the F-5C to get to the F-16C (same thing, who'd have thought). No RWR, no SARH, no PD. Hence why I give praise for using the Viggen to prepare for the Gripen. Much better teacher, which I'm assuming a lot of people aren't doing. Research and SL should not be even half your concern when reaching for a new plane. Learning how to fly it should make up that majority.
