普通にそこら辺でビートボックスするのと違って大きい会場でビートボックスする時はサウンドモニタリングがめちゃくちゃ難しいのに、お互いの息もピッチもしっかり決まっててめちゃくちゃ凄い

I like that you have Perfect (or atleast Relative) pitch and point out stuff such as the pitching that some people may not notice. I didn't realize I had it for almost 25 years but could imitate sounds/voices/pitches very well. It was when I started pointing out imperfections in performances, that most people couldn't notice, that I looked into it. I always just thought I was too judgmental or critical lmao.

For me Jairo was clearly first and from my memories I know that I thought at the time that if they used their rounds of the semi finals in the final, then they would have won

That’s interesting about the whole elimination vs battling/track vs entertaining. I wouldn’t think the musicality track would want to be used for battling. I figured the tracks should be used when you just have the stage to yourself and no opponent at the time.

what is the difference between hearing pitch and hearing frequency? I thought picht was just the perceived frequency of a sound for us humans? but it could just be a language barrier

frequency is the rate at which a sound vibrates. that vibration creates an extra layer on the note that you can already hear. that extra layer can sometimes come with another note. thats how sounds like poly are created

I put Jairo in 4th. I loved the arrangement, they were so so clean the whole way through, and they did the absolute best at job at pitching. I feel like Jackpot and Jairo, similar to you, also fundamentally scored about the same, but I just preferred the energy and style of Jackpot. My rankings: 1. - - - 2. Lotus 🇺🇸 3. Jackpot 🇰🇷 4. Jairo 🇯🇵 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 5. ZieGer 🇯🇵 6. Pahlawan 🇲🇾 7. In terms of love it or hate it, I love this performance. However, to my ears, the pitch often seemed out of tune. In the Fuego section, I could see that Yamori was running out of stamina. I was an amateur singer and have had this experience several times. When I run out of stamina while singing, I can't maintain the tone of my voice and my breath starts to shake a little. Sorry for my not good English. Getluckyのところで既に2人とも音程は怪しかったし、高音部は全て音が上がり切って無かったので、ビートボックスの審査員がどこに重点を置いて審査しているかわからなかったし、予選落ちするんじゃないかとハラハラしてみていました。 Fuegoのところでは、もう息遣いが苦しそうで見ていられなかった。スタミナ切れで呼吸のコントロールが出来ないときとか、緊張で息が吸えなくなったときでもないと、あんな弱々しくて震えた声は出ない。疲れてると息がシャープに吸えなくなる。もっと体力をつけて頑張ってほしい。まだ安定感がない。最後は、絞り出した感じに聞こえた。彼らは多分これからも伸びる。 歌うたいのオバチャンとしては、今後の2人に期待したいと思いました。
