What a badass fender lake placid blue maple neck Tele Dominic is playing ! I love how Dominic and Vinnie have been consistently with sting as well as the monstrous David Sancious on keys ! He is also a great guitarist

For those comments saying Copeland play better the song, well is his song as Sting and Summers. Both drummers are great !. But Possibly Vinnie could have dozens ways to play this song and in fact he played with Sting, including the original way like Copeland. Keep in mind Sting is the Boss, and he say how you want to play the song, not the drummer.

Totally agree with you Antonino, i think that the difference is in the dynamic and the tone, but Vinnie is really great.

after so many years, and being a great fan from police, i realised that Vinnie is a better drummer, BUT this is a Stewart song, Stewart means more power and I agree is a Stewart song, but damn Vinnie is a monster

Vinnie had more technique. But he cant play rock like Stewart! Vinnie is a funk drummer. He had not the Energy to play a full concert like Copeland.

Why so a many people admired to vinnie instead of steve gadd and dave weckl or even copeland? I dont see any special how vinnie playing,tone,groove or style but people always WoWW!! him😅. I've looked vinnie just as steve smith nothing more. I dont hate him but thats what i looked overall
