This would have been so much better! His wwe theme sucked so bad. This was epic! This is stings theme. Could you imagine him coming out to this? Wwe screwed up stings short run, not surprising. If they used this it would have been epic.

Reading this with the theme song playing in the back gave me goosebumps

I always felt like Sting would've doubled as an amazing anti-hero, and with this theme, It just solidifies that notion for me.

Sting is 55 years old, he doesn't need the momentum from breaking the streak. In my opinion Bray Wyatt should have done it, because he is a tremendous talent and part of the future of the WWE. It would have marked the beginning of a a new chapter in WWE history. Anyhow, Brock Lesnar was definitely the wrong choice

There wasn't even any buildup to the WM30 match, and Brock's character is rather stale compared to Sting.

Very few wrestlers theme songs give me goosebumps. This is one of them.

I still really can't understand why they didn't go with this version for Sting - at least for the last time! Yeah, Vince McMahon wants to bury every remains from the WCW but I can tell you that if they had played THIS rendition of "crow" they would have earned a lot of respect from all people. It just would have been the right thing to do IMHO.

In my opinion this is how they should have announced sting. Taker comes back to announce that there's nothing left and he is retiring. But then the lights go out, play that crow part at the beginning of his current theme, then have a spotlight come on showing a baseball bat hanging above the ring, it slowly turns around to show a scorpion on it with WrestleMania XXXI on it as well

WWE Champion Brock Lesnar, & Paul Heyman dropping his jaw selling the reaction of shock on his face all in the ring together, darkness ensues, this theme plays, lights go back on (Oh, newly finished Titan-tron shows the iconic Sting Crow face) Stinger is inside the ring when aforementioned lights are back operating, crowd roars easily giving the greatest pop of the night, Triple H is frozen, Sting takes out his signature black bat, sticks it towards Hunter, Wrestlemania XXXI is.teased, as credits are rolling. It can happen...

***** I hope Cena beats Lesnar, and no I'm not 10 years or younger. But Cena works his ass of for the company, Lesnar returns lets Walrus Heyman do his talking, beats the streak (I know Taker agreed, which dissapoints me in Taker. Why not let a man who does the business like he did for so long. Even Kane deserved it more than Lesnar) Now gone for another month or so and there is the beast/pain/whatever again. Getting a Title match, probably win and we'll see what happens next. But the last Wrestlemania of Lesnar (before breaking the streak) he lost to Goldberg put his fingers up to the crowd and said they could screw themselfs. Thats not a guy I wanted as a champion, even if it is over Cena. Probably why Punk was done with wrestling for a while. Hope Sting will show his face, in paint or not. He can put some fun in promo's

D Bong I;m sorry but cena needs to step down or speak up and change. He has been doing the same shit over and over for years and killing off the careers of future potential superstars , holding them back, by winning everytime because mcmahon is scared to lose money from merchandising. I;d love to see him turn heel and get back to wrestling liek he used to , back in his prototype days and early heel as john cena. He used to be able to qrestle and grapple pretty well, he was awesome as a heel and had that aggression. Now he is an ambassador to his young fanbase, and that is it sadly.

MISSED OPPORTUNITY: -at 0:27, Sting could have walked out onto the ramp -the crowd could have sang “oh ohhh ohhh ohhhhhh” in Sting’s WrestleMania entrance along with this theme (like Shinsuki Nakimura x10) -the whole Japanese drummer thing would have actually made sense at WM32 -it would have had that same “vindicator brooding over you” message to Authority and Seth like the nWo days ...but they didn’t ask me. WWE realizes that a theme like this would be bigger than their entire industry so they left it out and played it safe.

They shoulda used this last night! Sting deserves way more than a re-hashed Unholy Alliance theme

I like this older look in the picture. A decade went by and stings hate and destain for those who wronged him had only grown stronger

I would love to see Sting to be part of D.C. Comics then feature him in comics if it's successful then they could have a animated movie and then have him side with batman or against him or a self dependent hero... But overall he is always a hero without a shout of a doubt... Like if you agree to think sting should be part of D.C. Comics and reply your thoughts about this...

I like both themes

this version of the song was really good in my opinion.

It should never be about breaking the streak. It's being one of the lucky few to try and fail. Sting or hbk should have been the last to try.

If Sting would have entered the WWE in 1991, Vince would have stuffed Hogan in the garbage can and thrown it out the window. Sting was the hottest wrestler of the early 90s. I can still remember seeing Sting for the first time, it was in a match against Mike Rotundo (Bray Wyatt's and Bo Dallas' Father), somewhere in 88/89. He came in and you immediately thought "that guy is a Superstar"

Not so :( Vince was klnown for hating stars that made their name else where and would happily bury them. Look at Rhodes.. One of the biggest names ..and he puts him in a fucking leotard and has him farting about. Rumor has it he only hired flair so he could get the WCW title on WWF airtime. At leats he gave him the title..while Hogan was busy filming.

If they're smart at WWE, they made a full instrumental track of Sting's theme, and not just the 30 seconds we saw on that 2K15 promo.

Fallen GM If/when WWE starts a FINAL episode, it should end in Wrestlemania and Undertaker vs Sting should be the FINAL Main Event. Think about it.

The decision to end the streak was not made until 4 hours before the start of wrestlemania 30. Vince sat both Brock and the undertaker in his office and tried his best to persuade the undertaker to "let the streak go" as Vince saw that the undertaker could no longer compete like he used to. Brock was uncomfortable with the idea of ending the streak so both wrestlers were unsure about what was going to happen. And it wasn't until Brock severely injured the undertakers hip after the 3rd f5 that he asked Brock to pin him and end it.
