So happy you made this, I've been trying to figure out how people launch kayaks out of here.... your video explains it pretty clearly. I may try it this summer (though it looks like it might be challenging at the beach, video cuts off a bit but I think there's a bit of a dropoff from the road to the rocky beach and my kayak is a heavy beast to drag solo lol).

Been a few years since I've been to Stillwater, but as I recall there is a big u turn in the highway and that is where the access road to the cove is. I would check out Google maps to verify, but I believe there is parking and bathrooms there. As for the kayak, you would need to drag it a little ways as there is a bit of rock and beach between the parking lot and ocean. Best of luck - it's a beautful location!

do you use a gimble with your recording device? it's not shaking when you are walking.

Thanks! While there may be access, I don't think vehicals are allowed on any of the beaches in Sonoma or Mendocino County. I would double check as I don't know for 100%.
