[Still Works as of 11.5.3]Warframe - How to Farm for Jadeleaves (Cicero Event)

NOTE: At least for the night map, the first room still spawns plants despite what DE said in 11.5.3 patch notes. The first mission I did after I patched had a Jadeleaf in the water in the first room. I don't know if it's the same for the day map, though.
Basically, hop to those two locations as shown in the video. If you don't see them spawn, quit immediately and restart. There are other locations in that first map where Jadeleaves spawn, but they tend to spawn around the areas I indicated.

Locations shouldn't vary significantly or possibly at all for night.

Thanks a lot! Very helpful! I successfully found 5 Jadeleaf in a little over an hour. I actually found 2 close together on one run. Yes, I have found that they do spawn in various locations in that area.
Thanks a lot. Here's a tip: 4 friends should do this solo. If one of them finds the plant, he should invite the other 3, and so on. In 20 minutes I got 5 of these :D

how long did you have to do this before you got a drop?

After 2-3 hours I have 4 sunlight jadeleaves and 2 moonlight ones. It depends on your luck, though.

vVvBliinD moonlight is just the same thing during the night cycle. go to the official forums and read the event thoroughly.
