Sara acts like some wise spiritual guru but its the biggest facade if I have ever seen it. Her poor son saying he hates men and then calling her bf caramel sensation (or something similar) and making weird grunt noises when Sara said to him that she heard they got super close on their outing. Like why are you letting this man who you've seen twice take your son out? Then her son asking him when hes going to be his dad. He hates men but also wants a father its really sad and shows how negatively her unhealed self has affected her son. Her actions show the opposite of spiritually healed.

Sara introducing her son was uncomfortable, especially as they hadn’t even decided what they were. And I can appreciate she’s doing things differently for different outcomes this time. However, it’s been the same. Another man who failed, in a kids mind. Kids aren’t emotionally equipped to rationalise that “meh some relationships work, some don’t.” He seems like a really sweet kids who clearly wants that stability.
