Stydia has to be the most intimate relationship in the series. From the pilot episode they’ve been strong together and their bond grew without them even noticing, so when she kissed him it was like the entire stiles-Lydia relationship had been leading up to that one moment. And afterwards they were so much closer and you could see the shift in their relationship. It’d become something more but only truely reached full potential in 6A which I think is one of the reasons why 6B was a little bit of a let down. After such a long anticipated wait while Lydia discovered her feelings and never gave up on him we didn’t get to see much of their newfound romance. Yes, it focused on other things but a little intimacy wouldn’t have killed them, especially while Scott and malia certainly seemed to have plenty of time for it(not hating on the relationship I ship Scalia) it’s just a little angering to be denied that. But they did have cute moments here and there it just doesn’t feel like it’s changed after 6B when it changed so much after a tiny kiss but when they confess their feelings(finally) it’s like they went back to square one. Especially when that’s the last season😭😭. But overall stydia has to be my favourite ship in this series. (I’d say of all time but that would get the fandoms upset)

I like Malia I really do but I feel like Stiles babysits her more than he anything. Plus the whole Parrish situation creeps me out, like how old is this guy? It's totally creepy for a grown man to be having hallucinations about a school girl. I think Stiles and Lydia just fit. They balance each other out perfectly.

i just love how their story was a slow burn. it made room for development and growth upon individuals. they met other people, they fell in and out of love and then they realized they has each other ever since the beginning. that’s how a great story begins and ends. it’s just sad how we didn’t get much up stydia in a relationship tho! tHATS WHY IM STILL WAITING FOR THESE TWO TO TEAM UP AGAIN EITHER ON THE BIG SCREEN OR IN SOMETHING 🥺

OK I respect that you like them both (Stydia and Stalia) but let's be honest Stiles loves Lydia he always has, they're relationship has grown and developed so much and they understand each other and are always there for each other they're just perfect for each other. Stiles and Lydia each have they're own story's they're not just each other love interest or potential love interests, they're important and contribute to the story. With Stiles and Malia, it just doesn't work that way they're relationship began literally with sex, a hookup they never just talk to each other they don't have deep and meaningful conversations, they basically just have sex. They're not friends and Malia has no story besides the desert wolf and that's over now, her only purpose, in my opinion, was to be Stile's love interest and that sucks because I think she's really badass and could have been an amazing character, But that's just my opinion

The reason I don't ship them is not because they aren't good together or that I ship Stiles with Malia, it's because I feel Lydia doesn't deserve him. I mean, she ignored him and didn't care for him. +jenna milligan well she's definitely changed a lot. And just because she didn't have feelings for him doesn't mean she doesn't deserve him. She never owed him anything. She didn't ask for him to have a slightly obsessive crush on her. Lydia was always pretty upfront about her lack of romantic feelings for him. That's why I ship them, because the development between them is honestly amazing if you look at how they developed as people and how strong of a bond they created as time passed. Before Stiles' feelings for her were pretty shallow, but now that he's gotten to know her on a deeper level it's changed. Just like how scott told kira it's different now. Ok I wrote a little much lol.

Stiles and Malia are progressing very well and steady. Malia was a coyote living in the woods for eight years, she doesn't understand whats right and wrong, She needs Stiles to teach her that. I understand that it will take time for her to adjust to 'normal' semi human lives. I can tell that she really cares for Stiles and Stiles for her. But, Stiles seriously really needs her. He chased of the same girl for ten years and she still ignores him even after knowing how he feels. I'm glad he starting to get over her. I have nothing against Lydia but I do not want them to be together. Not anymore anyways. I'm happy that he has found someone that loves him and chose him first. Lydia had plenty of chances to be with Stiles. She lost all of them. Besides, I think the writers are pairing her with Parrish. As you could see the moments with Lydia and Parrish, they were into one another, The writers wouldn't do that if something was going to happen with Parrish and Lydia in the future. Even Jeff said that it's most likely that they are going to stay friends. Shelley also made it clear that coyotes are a mate-for-life species, and those tendencies carry over into their werecoytoe counterparts. It seems for Malia, at this point in time, Stiles is most certainly the one her wild side sees as "the one." From an article not so long ago. Let it sink in and open your eyes that It's very unlikely Stydia will happen.

+DaniGaming Soorrrry but I don't care if writers don't want to give us a chance we will always love Stiles and Lydia over any romance in this show. Writers have never given us a chance. Why do you think we should let our love for S/L go? NEVER! S/L is our endgame in every way. I don't mind scenes of Stiles and Malia (I can admit that they are cute but most relationships/friednships are) but it will never be as enjoyable as every S/L scene in this show.

+DaniGaming +yinloveyang i think that season 5b and 6 are going to be Stydia seasons. i mean Stiles and Malia already kinda broke up, and as we can see she now cares only about revenge on her mother and refuses Stiles' help. Shes drifting away from all of them and i honestly think she wont let go of it. Yeah, i know Lydia is locked now but i saw that Stiles will visit her and she will eventually be free (remember beginning of season 5?). I can stand Stalia, but Marrish? Seriously? He's like, what, 25-26? And she's 18. He sure ain't gonna wait for her teenage ass to grow up. So fuck writers and everyone else, STYDIA ALL THE WAY BITCHES!!!!

+DaniGaming I don't know if the other responses have said this. I will credit you to the fact that Lydia never took up a relationship with Stiles, but as Jeff said, when he was younger it was an immature crush. Something a child would have. But as they matured their relationship and love became stronger, their love matured. Malia and Stiles broke up already, and Jeff has hinted at the beginning that "Lydia will not end up with who you think she will," i.e Parrish. He also has said that Lydia and Stiles will have a special moment. "Stiles is the only one who can break Lydia out of Eichen House." I don't remember if he outright said that Stiles and Lydia will get together, but he likes the two of them together. Scott and Allison were together, but before she died she was with Issac. The writers have characters share moments for the plot and such, not because it's set in stone that they will happen.
