Ingredients for making Sticky Rice :
2 2/3 cup [550g] Glutinous Rice
6 Tbsp [90g] Sugar
1 1/4 cup [310ml] Coconut Milk
1.1 lb [500g] Jackfruit
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Pandan Leaves
Ingredients for making Coconut Dipping Sauce:
1 cup [250ml] Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
3 Pandan Leaves
1 tsp Tapioca Starch
