Question for you: I use FlipaClip, and when I animate stick men, I have to draw the head individually on each frame. How do you copy and paste the head without pasting the whole frame?

Use different layer for the head. Once you draw the head select it with lasso tool and copy that head. Then paste it on each frame and adjust accordingly.

Yes. It takes a lot of time. Also, it depends upon the software and also on fps. Like in Adobe animate, you don't have to put the ball in each frame. 12 fps reduces your work by half but 24 fps gives your animation more realistic look like Alans Animations.
