Here is a clip of when to stick lift in a game. I don’t recommend using stick lifts often and especially if you get a lot of penalties.
Sometimes it’s a curse to be good at stick lifting because teammates try and get called for high sticking.
I was able to stick lift on the right boards and give my teammate a tap in goal.
