To all the haters: she's a great gymnast. She's a real gymnast. She's a beautiful gymnast. She's a beautiful person. She doesn't suck. She's most likely a better gymnast than you. There is no need to tell her you hate her. You haven't actually met her. Just because she's self taught doesn't mean she's not a gymnast. So if you don't like her videos, don't watch them. There is no need to comment mean things. If you are one of them just keep your opinion to yourself and watch a different channels video. Don't hate on them either. Also, you need to have better grammar. You are to worried about hating on her than having proper grammar. So just be careful what you do. You wouldn't like if three quarters of the people who comment on you videos were haters. So if you are a hater just leave. Ok. I think I got to my point.

Lydia, you have inspired me to do self taught gymnastics. I used to be a real gymnast but it was to hard because they pushed me to hard in level 5. Thanks for giving me the confidence to start self taught gymnastics. Now I’ve learnt harder skills over time without being pushed to hard. My most recent skill I learnt was my roundoff back tuck. I know you probably didn’t read this but if you did, you now know you inspired someone younger than you (I’m 12) Thanks for reading this, I know it’s long but I love your videos.

why do people hate on Lydia? she's pretty amazing for a self taught gymnast who started at the be of 16. I honestly wish I could get over the fear of doing a back handspring. I can do it on trampoline, but the ground just doesn't seem to agree with me... she inspired me to get over the fear on a trampoline, but does anyone have any tips for me to get it on the ground?

Ok I have a really bad mental block for a BHS I've watched so many videos I know what to do but I just can't every time I don't jump my legs freeze up and I just do a back limber 😖 and this is on a trampoline, like I have a FHS, back limber, back walkover, etc. I'm just too scared!! Any tips??

Get a couple friends to spot you while doing a back limber, and then to spot you while doing a backhand spring. Don't pressure yourself, just try to do a somewhat quick back limber and try and make it more powerful little by little. Imagine yourself doing a backhand spring, and you'll get it eventually.. Good luck!! 😘

Thank all of y'all so much!! I finally got my BHS and back tuck and I'm super happy basically crying with joy because I got over a mental block I had for a 1 1/2. And if your wondering how I did it I first did half a back bend then I jumped until I got the courage to do a full BHS and I just got it today so Tysm ❤️

At my old house flies were that bad and when you went to the pool you constantly had them flying in you mouth and nose. Glad I moved

Just FYI when you land your cartwheel your second foot should land behind the first one that hits the ground. So you start a cartwheel with your good foot in front, and land with your bad foot in front! I coach gymnastics and I had to say something haha couldn't help it :) super cute vid though I think it's very cool you're self taught!
