Dinesh I tried making mango anchar today and I put too much massala, everything else was on point. But it is tasting the massala. What can I put in it to help with that he taste. I added a little more sugar and cumin. It helped but it still has the taste. What do you suggest I put in it. The lamb looks delicious.

So tomorrow I will go and see if I can get about three green mango at the grocery and boil it , then fry up some garlic and pepper and add what I made already to it. I will let you know how it turned out. I live mango curry anchar and takarie, that’s what I made. Thank you so much. I will try to find you on Facebook.
