Stevie the 8th Wonder 🙏
Here's the thing, by the time you've learned the drums good enough to record tracks, you know their placement.
How considerate of people to think about problem solving to make it easier, pity more of us though this way in everyday life.

I work with people with disabilities, yes it should be normal to think this way! Stevie is a super smart guy though, a genius really, so that would've made it easier!

@@Andronicus2007 I one thing I have always tried to do is to make people who have extra needs feel part of the community, for example on my way to work I always pass a lady who is pushed by a family member, I always say hello to her first before saying hello to the person who is pushing her. Small gestures like this is the best way to start and anyone one can play their part.

Stevie also has a great sense of humor, and wit he can be pretty sarcastic sometimes.@@Andronicus2007
The genius understanding of Stevie Wonder 🎤🎧🥁🎹🎵🎶📻
"Not the drum, there's an 's' at the end" Sherlock Holmes has been real quiet since that line
This is genius!
THATS WHY THE HI HAT IS ON THE LEFT 🤯
That's an AWESOME way to record
So they mixed the drums the way it was common in the UK rather than here on the US. There were two schools of thought UK drum panning was mainly mixed from the drummers perspective, and the US from the audience's perspective.
The US makes more sense because you’re selling to the audience. I play drums and have a studio. When I started my studio I always mixed drums from the perspective I had when I played them. Now I’m thinking I should have done it from a listeners perspective. Thank You!
