Whoever recorded this seemed more interested in the video screens than what was going on onstage. Maybe if that person had remembered the point of going to the show the incident would have been captured in its' entirety.

I was @ this concert, on the other side of the stadium, up high, and yelling my head off, when all of a sudden, I just see him fall over and I start screaming and my mom yells "HE'S IN THE CROWD!!!!!" Best time of my life.

I guess his get up and go just a got up and went.

Steven Tyler completely off the stage in 1984 at the Springfield Illinois concert. This looked like a stunt to me. He was hurt at the Illinois concert and was taken off stage. The drug use was very very bad. I'm surprised hes still alive. But yet American idol let's him judge even knowing his heavy drug abuse. They say hes been clean but who really knows if that's true. As much as I love Aerosmith and steven Tyler's songs, I dont feel he was a good role model. His life was all about sex, drugs and rock and roll. All his children have different mothers.

I had a dream a few nights ago that I was getting the band get ready for a concert by helping them practice some choreography (and I don't even dance). The stage we were on was only 5 ft off the floor and we're all in marching band outfits and Steven marched right off the stage and sprained his shoulder then Joe got mad at him for it LOL.

Joe hip-checked him off the stage. Ha!!

There is a vid from the other side of the stage on TMZ that shows it all, and it clearly shows JP look back at Tyler and then bump him. This vid misses it. It misses Tyler bumping Perry first.

It was actually Joe Perry's fault. Steven had been messing around with Joe too much while he was trying to focus on guitar, so as payback, he bumped Tyler with his hip. But he did it a little too harder than intended, and Steven fell.

I hear a lot of stories about Steven falling/jumping off. Do you think it's intentional or does he have one too many beers before getting onstage?

@stephyamber123 I love Aerosmith since "G.Y.W.".We are so lucky that Aerosmith is around,as well as RUSH,UFO,PURPLE,SABBATH,ALICE,and even one of greatest guitarists ever,JOHNNY WINTER. If you have never seen a living legend like Johnny Winter and he comes to you're town grab some tickets.because its sad to say but i dont think Johnny will be touring much longer(but then again you never know,the power of rock'n'roll is a strong one.
