@@candasmith Nah, they’re not all the same. While there are many megalomaniacs and colossal egos in the business, there are plenty of down-to-earth people that don’t torture and bully the people around them. Both the Toms are well known in the crew world for being decent and professional with their people. Robert Deniro is a humble guy, believe it or not. George Clooney has literally fought a director who was abusing his crew (David O. Russel). Back in the day, when Reese Witherspoon was working low budget movies, she’d slip her own cash to craft service so the crew could get healthier snacks (and I have first hand knowledge of that). Michael Ironsides is a sweetheart to work with, as is Danny Trevino. I’ve heard that Mickey Rourke was a bit off a diva early on, but at some point dropped the ego and became someone easy to work with. A film set can be a very high pressure work environment, and actors like those mentioned above lighten the load for the crew just by being considerate and positive. It’s like J Borg says, many actors understand that they’re getting paid to pretend. They might take the work seriously, but they don’t take themselves overly seriously and they don’t abuse their star power. I’d even say most of them, like 90%, just do their jobs without being abusive pieces of shit. But make no mistake, there are those pieces of shit actors and directors that make everyone miserable just because they can. There are others that struggle with mental instability that have good days and bad days.

I was a stockbroker in the 90's. Steven and his business partner opened an account with me for their Steamroller Productions. They wanted me to buy all kinds of stuff but they never wanted to pay for anything. I finally had to tell them to go somewhere else. I'll never forget. I am also a martial artist and I did stunts and movie fighting during college. I ran into Steven at a martial arts convention and he pretended like everything was cool. When I brought up the account, he threw his old business partner under the bus badly. That's Hollywood baby!!!

I don't have a problem with Seagal being scared, I would have been scared too. These people are psychopaths who do not fuck around and would calmly sip a beer after they'd gouged your eyes out. That level of instant violence isn't in the majority of normal people and they can't relate to it. What I can't stand is the denial if it's ever brought up to him. There isn't anything wrong with admitting that (Whatever it is) is a situation that you can't handle, because no one is Superman. Unless of course you're Steven Seagal.

"You have charisma and class! You have no fear in you. You're a soldier" And you're a moron. This guy was a gangster, a violent, murdering psychopath that preyed on hard working, law abiding people. This guy admitted in court, that he was involved in the murders of 19 people. And you admire him? I guess you'd like your kids to grow up to be violent, murdering psychopaths also? "I love this Sammy so much" Dude, what the hell is wrong with you? I find the stories interesting too, but I don't admire this guy, he's a sick fuck. Evil One666 is a great name for you.
