The thing with Gerrard is that he doesn't get attention because he is not fast and stylish. Anyone who has played football, however, can instantly see that this man is the sharpest, most precise midfielder there ever will be, alongside the likes of Zidane. When he gets a pass, he will trap it like it's his baby, and he will pass it (whether through the outside of his foot or through the inside )with terrific, sharp precision. It will reach the recipient's feet like butter. His control, vision, tackling, and commanding midfiled presence are often overlooked because he is so incredible at shooting and attacking. I remember when he was in his 20s -- there was nothing he couldn't do. He could even dribble past players from the wing at that age. What a guy!

Others say Gerard cannot score like this in the BPL If you said that back before we have KZread I can perfectly understand that. I can't believe that there are deluded 14 year olds who think they know a lot about football but cease to actually research. Instead they dedicate time to say "he is shit". Come on, search up videos, read what he has done and then say he is shit. "He isn't world class, he didn't win the prem". Please, people who say that a glory hunters who are blinded by trophies. To be world class you have to stand out from others and show your worth, much like Stevie did in his prime. Which is why he is known as world class.

Even more, these kids (I am pretty sure) haven't seen the iconic goals he scored IN SEVERAL IMPORTANT MATCHES (i.e. FA Cup 2005, equalizer in stoppage time; the header in great fashion that he scored to start THE GREATEST COMEBACK IN AN UCL FINAL IN RECENT MEMORY, and for me its on the same place of that of Manchester United's comeback in 2 minutes before the end of the match)... Stevie G is not only one of the best english players the world has ever seen, but (for me) the greatest scoring midfielder ever, and no one can make me suck up my words, and the only title I can say he deserved but never won was the Premier League, although he was really close of clinching it. #StevieG_IsOneHeckOfALegend
