I was lucky enough to visit last year early August from Adelaide Australia. Great friendly staff. Steve Jnr was so hospitable and up for a chat in the midst of a busy day! I appreciated that. Somewhat of a drummers pilgrimage, you can see the decades unfold before your eyes walking around!
Wonderful post Steve. Thank you for sharing.
My first kit was in the psych red!! Brings back memories
A Paradise !
Thanks Steve, Steve jr, Chris & Noah for all you do. I truly enjoy our friendship! I can't wait to visit the shop again!
Thanks for video!!! Like a candy store for us drummers!!!
This is a blessing... Very thankful for you putting these videos together... positive energy indeed!
Wow Steve ! GREAT store !
Thank you Steve Maxwell for the drums that you sold me
Office looks like my drum room
Wow, I am impressed for sure, but out of all those drums not one Camco kit? Just like the Chicago drum show, not one. 🙁
Amazing! Thanks for the tour. I'm speechless at the volume and quality of drums. Next time I'm in Illinois I will find you!
And Steve.. please please please do a podcast about FIBES! If you could get in touch with Tommy in Austin Tx and see if he’s ever really going to put the drums back Into production, that would be cool too 👍🏻
Drum city!😎
Love It Love It Love It
All I can say is WoW!!!
I've been in your NYC store a few times, I'm about 40 minutes north of NYC and you definitely have the best drum shop anywhere near me. I'd love to come check out your Illinois store someday. I am a big Gretsch fan and know that someday I'm going to order a Brooklyn kit so I might as well do it from you guys since you stock a ton of them in your shell banks. I know before that I will likely go for a Renown RN2 with a few add on drums in a few years down the line, even though you don't stock it in your shell banks I'd love to order it through you if possible when the time comes since you're a Gretsch specialist and great business for drummers.
Are the rims on Steve jr Bison snare metal or wood?
No Slingerland return, sadly..
