Oh my God...how sad. 😢 Mr Marriott, live on, if only for the generations that never saw, and maybe never will, know what you did to change attitudes of small minds to make the world a more tolerant and accepting place for new generations. Maybe you didn't even know. I can't talk for anyone else, but people like you made a huge difference to the difficult childhood my sister and I had. We became brave enough to leave our home in secret one night, hitch-hike across australia as far away as we could get and take our chances on the streets. I know that sounds dramatic to people reading this. But it wasn't then. We did do it a bit tough. Anyway, many years ago now and much water under the bridge since then. Thank you. RIP ❤

All time hasn't happened.
Steve Marriott- King of the Mods. Legend.
No words can say what a legend Steve was a blues singer and guitar star .
Steve was way more talented than given credit for. The ultimate vocalist and a great guitar player.

Agree that Steve Marriott was one of the best. I still put all my Small Faces CDs on player and listen all day!
The most soulful voice of the Brit 60s ! RIP Steve !
Steve Marriott sang with such intense feeling. Killer guitar player as well. He was the man.
This is my favourite song of all time, I am having it played at my funeral. Steve Marriott was an amazing talent, the energy and genius of the man was never really recognised and to lose him in a fire was unforgivable! God Bless Steve!

Thank you. RIP ❤
Probably the most down to earth legend ....and hugely talented...unique with super star quality vocal ...but normal guy...fantastic bloke

Steve Marriott was a damn great musician and singer I think he was definitely one of the greatest man it was in his soul ,he never missed a beat ,30 days in the hole, honky tonk woman, Alabama, all or nothing, man there's so many I can't list them all he was awesome.
Best Frontman EVER!!!! Wish I could have seen him perform live. There will never be another like him. So sad he’s gone❣️
Best Rock Voice bar none! And had the privilege of working for him in the mid 80’s. Lovely man with that voice or nothing!
Saw Steve and Humble Pie in the late 70s...so thankful...he was a genius...consummate musician and artist...

Steve Mariott and his Small Faces that was no less than absolutely wonderful. Rock at its very best. Only few highlights followed (Queen). .

He was here in Cali, flew home and died that night in a fire. It was heartbreaking for those of us that grew up with, and loved his voice.
I met him several times in the 60`s when his band The Frantics played in our local dance hall,a truly lovely bloke no side just another young man having the time of his life.Wish he was still with us.

Albert , For those of us that grew up with Humble Pie & The Small Faces & Steve's solo career he already has , For the kids today that may never dig what he was & did it's their loss . Saw Humble Pie twice back un the days when Frampton was with them & those are memories that will never go away. As good then as it is today. Timeless talent will be here for those that missed the boat.
