AGREED! We made this show and sent it out to a few networks. They said "Not Interested" because we weren't fixing up any of the cars we found... so if we can get this video the hits it deserves than there might be a chance!

That's to bad for those that think that because most of the cars that were bought by people from Larry's were bought for the love of the hobby and a few have been restored and many are in the midst of restoring them. I myself do not have the $$$$ like the shows on TV to redo it in two weeks so it takes some time and lots of love, blood and tears to make it happen. Thank god I have a great family that puts up with my crazy hobby.

Certain people and companies in TV have zero imagination. The tired, old formula of watching some dudes fix up a car with the "fake" tension, scripted interactions, and fake time restraints ("We gotta get this car done by saturday...or ELSE!") is nearly unwatchable. They are not open to new concepts (believe me, I know)...they just want to re-hash the same formula with different people.

Hey Steve I bought the 71 Super Bee that was right behind you when you were filming the 68 hemi R/T. The car you were sitting in playing with the pistol grip shifter and 383 pie tin in this video at the 50 second spot. I have already repaired the crushed roof and cowl, inner aprons and it will be back out on the road again one of these days soon. Nice job on the video's.

Gluttonous feeding of a mopar addiction and the blame firmly placed in the wife's direction,,,, that man is a fantastic example of an absolute GENIUS!!!! I would love to rescue the coronet. I grew up in a burnt orange white interior hemi coronet. My dad and the car are both gone now but I'd love to find one to replace it. Dad got the hemi car used but he also bought a blue 68 RT with a 440 brand new. So we had two of them when I was a kid and I still think that they are the most beautiful car ever built. Is the coronet you show still available??? I know it's been a while.

Absolutely love the way you do videos. You definitely know your stuff and the finds are amazing. The downside is the music throughout the video comes on so strong that my ears are going to explode. I usually have headphones on and I have to keep turning the volume up and down. If you could balance the music with the commentary that would make your videos perfect. One more thing. I love unusual cars. The column shift on these cars are not what you would expect to see on a muscle car or as they were called back in the day, Super Cars. Make mine a column shift, bench seat Barracuda.

Its sad to see classics left out in the weather to rot away and never done anything with. My grandad only drove Dodge trucks and my grandma drove a Coronet 500. ive been told my brother had a Cuda with a 440 six pack but not sure the year. Guessing 70 or 71. Finding that Super Bee that was traded in and fixing them both up would be something. When I was 17 my friend had a jacked up 1974 Charger. So fun to ride in. Everytime he braked people in the back seat just slid out :)

68,69, & 70 Chargers were all used in “The Dukes of Hazzard”. Why? Because production wrecked so many cars during the stunts! (No computer generated stuff back then). Warner Bros actually had car-hunters searching for these cars *nationwide* to purchase for the series. It’s estimated they went thru around 300 Chargers during its production run!

It almost brings a tear to your eyes seeing those legendary musclecars rotting and rusting away like that .they should be at least stored under cover in some manner. All the leaves and refuse off the trees os whats causing the rust more than anything else, leaves hold moisture amd acidic properties that are corrosive and will accelerate rust alot quicker than open weather will do. I hope some will be saved before they return back to the earth or in other words before mature claims them.

Yes, just like us they have souls,... and dust to dust, ashes to ashes, eventually. But good news here in Southern Arizona, they would have a long life and with some natural "guards" to protect them from folks nicking little bits and pieces! Namely the rattlers, scorpions, black widows and tarantulas hiding in and around them, not to mention the absolute worst of the worst:................................................. The Killer Bees!! :D

That's what sucks with youtube. I wear earbuds and when commercials come on I pull them out. You would think they would want their advertisers heard but when they come on loud, I pull my ear buds or exit the video. KZread itself has a very obnoxiously loud chime commercial that when it starts, I turn that video off instantly. With inconsistent volume in the videos and then blasting ads, their trying to make people deaf.
