Well, not everything. Some of the songs on the album are clearly more Lukather solo style than Toto. 50/50, that's why it's definitely a Bridge between Luke & Toto.

This how you know it's great. I can hear the melodies, harmonies, chord progressions solo in my head after just one listen. No autotune. No trap, no repeating the same lame figure and a couple of chords over and over with a producer's computer doing most of the work. Now, I will listen over and over again. Thanks, Luke for doing this with Simon, John, David. A gift to us.

Me too! Every once in a blue moon someone makes a good tune and I’ll listen. I always end up going back to music from the late 70s through the late 90s. Some in the early 2000s but you don’t get the same musicianship. With Toto, you can get a little of most genres within their catalog. And damn can they play.

Luke, the most "complete" guitarist in rock history! No further words needed.

I still haven't wrapped my mind around this legal stuff as to why the Guys should be forbidden to record new Toto music. I know Susan sued them to get more royalties but how can this prevent them from releasing new albums? I mean they did this the past 25+ years after Jeff...

Trademark Luke and Paich harmony and arrangement, plus from that opening drum lick you knew it was Simon. Banging tune.

First time I've heard Simon not sound at all like default Simon, and I love this style...maybe some time away has brought some fresh change in him...Brilliant

Could be... his playing was already a little more smooth on the 2010s tours up to the 35th Anniversary. Then again, Simon does know very well how to play both musical and softer, if you recall I will remember and Bottom of your Soul.

I’ll absolutely pre-order this album, on the strength of this song alone. I’ve been a lifelong fan, and. this single(and soon to be released album) IS pretty much “TOTO”, for all intents and purposes.

Lukather is one of THE greats that’s for sure I wonder if this is another tribute song for Jeff Porcaro .Or maybe Mike Porcaro man I miss Toto
