I love the innocence of the Brooklyn Brawler. He assumes we are all too young to know who Bruno was and that terms like "heat" are unknown. Another great interview.

Steve grew up in bensonhurst 18th avenue the heart of the mafia. He probably knew all the guys back then who eventually would grow up to be gangsters. Larry zabisco has a great story about meeting Carlo Gambino I'd love to hear him tell it again

The Bulldog,s put LSD in Warrior drink when he was driving, the Bulldog,s were in the back cracking up , and Billy Gram was in the front pissed because Gram saw them cracking up and new they did something to WARRIOR, he was pissed. That's how it was back then, and he was friends with them , YOU couldn't trust anyone back then dog eat dog.

I used to travel a lot for work too. I got the idea to get a portable electric stove because I heard somebody talking about how Nikolai Volkoff would do that in an old shoot interview. I saved a lot of money doing that and ate better than I would've if I hit up the restaurants. Because let's face it, there's no restaurant that is going to make anything as good as home-cooked food. So why not bring it on the road with you?

Thanks buddy. No real history. Just a long since lapsed fan who liked the old Kayfabe Commentaries shoots but they have long since stop making content so I decided to give it a go myself. No real experience but I could hardly be worse than the majority of absolutely pathetically awful hosts out there. A few hours of research, the ability to ask questions and then shut up while the guest answers and the balls to put yourself out there is basically all you need. And audio/video equipment of course.

@@WSI Sorry dude, you took the time to type out a detailed reply and I took ages to thank you lol. That's cool bud, I think you have a good thing going here. I like the fact that you manage to interview a wide range of wrestling personalities. Some personal favourites would be the Basham Brothers, Orlando Jordan, Rico, Dwane Gill.... Some guys who I don't hear much about these days.

I never heard packadilos or that word he used haha? I'm like reacting same as Steve boggled. That is cool he knew Schultz or what his name. I remember they have a segment with him pretending to be home with family that had them calling Child SErcices for real on WWF and him :). You missed out on the Princess Bride Andre story :). At least KoKo had one legit win. I liked the Ultimate Warrior stories. I remember when HEenan had him as BRooklyn Brawler it was odd remembering him as Steve Lombardi never winning. The Rock was really raw I wonder why WWF won't show his dark match with him but did the Candido? Maybe because he perished they wanted to like honor him? John Cena Hugh Jackman classic too :). Jenny McCarthy ;).
