Steve Job's Goodbye Speech

Фильм және анимация

Steve Jobs seems to be saying goodbye to everyone at this September 2009 Keynote. Steve Jobs appears for the first time after his liver transplant. Although he never said Goodbye to the Apple community, this may be the closest thing.

Well, he was a real pain in the ass to work with at the beginning of Apple, people was quitting all the time, and he was not sending a good vibe around for a long time, also, he didn’t showered a lot at his beginning at all and for a long time people could smelled him 10 feet away, but thanks to all of that, no matter what actions people was doing around, it was just like writing history with him all the time, but he wasn’t the humble and perfect human, he cried a lot in meting when he was upset or when people weren’t on his side or same page as him, I love the guy but living or working with him, I’m sure I wouldn’t support that

After all, dictators change a lot of things, the atom bomb creators changed a lot of things, and quickly we begin finding ways to change for the sake of change, to draw attention to ourselves..we turn into a narcissistic society. And sometimes it takes time to know if the change was right, and everyone's work gets mutated with future generations, and so forth. Life is not this binary, its much more complicated. Its an experience we share through everyone around us, as a collective organism.

I really admire Mr. Jobs and he's accomplishments in his short life. I truly believe we wouldn't have tablets and the kind of smartphones we have today without steve jobs making it happen. He was very smart and most importantly cool. He invented a cool product and most inventors and innovators don't have that kind of mind set to produce a product like the ipod, iPhone and ipad. Yes Steve Jobs wasn’t an engineer, he didn’t invent things but he envisioned every apple product and was able to take the best out of people around him. And yes I disprove some of the tings he did when he was young but growing older he became a good person. If he never existed you might not even had the opportunity to watch a video on your tablet or smartphone.

The generation that is coming up is full of insults and mockery. We have equated insults to be part of our speech, and in some way, we have managed to make fuck and screw be normal pieces of words in a sentence. Unless we are mad, or you were born tomorrow, yes, I mean you haven't been born; we all MUST acknowledge the fact that Steve Jobs did the world a great thing. For fellow innovators, however small our idea may seem, I have learned that competition makes us see today what we would have seen 20 years from then without competition. He played a great role, even if mindless people cannot see it. He transformed the world. He has left a permanent mark, he will be remembered, and apple cannot be defined fully without the mention of Steve Jobs. He remembers the apples he ate in college, and the bottle tops he picked to feed himself. At times, we need to read people's biographies before we speak. For kids, youtube isn't facebook. please style up.

I love Steve. He was an amazing person. However, he had a bad personal and family life. One day I decided that I wanted to see where his daughter, Lisa, is now. So I looked her up. She has a blog for essays, and she's a writer. I emailed her after looking around, and she emailed me back. On an iPhone. Steve gave us the power to do something extraordinary, even with a mobile device. Microsoft actually took ideas from Apple. They bought an OS. And Apple? It worked its way up. It suffered. It inflated. I don't think Microsoft will ever get to its level. It might, I dunno, but.... Anyways. I hope Steve was content with what he gave to the world before he died. R.I.P. Steve Jobs. We miss you and your innovation.

Steve literally said that they focus on customers first, technology second. How can you expand on tech when many of your users can't handle a technologically complicated user interface? You make that tech simpler. You dumb it down. And you sell that simplicity at a high price. It's not evil. It's smart. But it in no way makes him a major game changer in the tech world. Steve Wozniak? Sure. Also, Apple was saved from bankruptcy from Microsoft, so obviously one company knew how to deliver cutting edge tech and make moolah out of it (not saying that Windows 1.0 was any good)

Microsoft was the one who helped Apple in it's struggling days like during Apple 2 computer , it was Bill Gates who defined Apple 2's success and when Steve came back in Apple after 12 years, the time when Apple almost gone bankrupt. And for your knowledge Apple also copied GUI based OS idea from XEROX for macintosh. XEROX used to have a GUI based software for their internal work which they showed to Steve after a deal between Apple and Xerox.

That's a meaningful point. He was _just_ human, not the semi-deity that his acolytes seemingly claim for him, nor the demon that his worst detractors believe him to have been. To me, the mythologizing of Jobs, both favorable and unfavorable, is more than a little silly.

Well... when Steve Jobs died in 2011, the Apple Stock was at $56. It's now at $117 and back in 2015 it reached a record high of $132. The problem at the moment is, that Microsoft really catches up with innovations, while Apple really didn't have a major breakthrough in years. We are still all waiting for a new ground breaking iPhone which doesn't seem to happen. We also haven't heard about Apple TV (an all in one TV set, including the actual Television). Apparently they had that product ready since 2010. Another big one would be the Apple car which everyone is speculating about.

What people need to do is realize HOW Much Steve changed all our lives, funny thing is I was NEVER an Apple user however this has changed. But working on a new technology a close friend of mine gave me several pieces of HISTORY that were created during Steve reign. They are amazing and I am honored to have them. The main thing we should all remember it HOW Steve changed our lives. patpluff you said you hate the iPhone6 this may be true. Remember this was NOT a Steve Jobs approved Product. It does not mean Apple did not approve it BUT it means the Man and the Myth himself did not as he is no longer here. But remember for the good and the bad we must NOT forget who Steve Jobs was and HOW he changed ALL our lives whether you do or do not use Apple products. The greatness that Steve Jobs represented cannot be reproduced BUT it can be honored.. There are very few people I can say I would work for even if they threw things at me literally. Steve I can gladly say even if the pressure cooker were about to Burst I would have. So honor his creativity and personal defiance of the norm... RIP Steve...
