    @@AABB-ez3nyThe first two are just chivalry which isn't bad just because it plays into gender roles. Gender roles are not a bad thing and do not stem from nothing. Gender roles even play into my religion and probably others' religions too. The "Sporty body" thing is just an appeal to the kid's age. Generally for teenage boys crushes stem from physical attraction, especially when talking about a hypothetical future suitor. It's really not sexist and I'm not sure why you must over complicate it and be offended.

    The pastor thing is true, even for Muslims. I have friends who have switched mosques because they did not like the vibe of the sheikh (or their khotba) or who liked how another Imam recited Quran better… guess it happens in all religions

    My inner feelings senses that the Allie family is not only a Muslim, but also a Malay (Malayu-African) descendant. Those names are widely used by Malay race in the Malay Archipelago (South East Asia) that includes Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore, Cambodia, Siam (Thai)..

    @Maida When the believers hear a speech that goes against the teachings of Islam or Allah, they don’t engage in it, but they say their actions/words are their own and the actions/words of others are the other’s own. They don’t desire to speak with those who are ignorant of the truth, and they respectfully walk away.
