ABOUT STEVENAGE FOOTBALL CLUB
Founded in 1976 as Stevenage Borough Football Club, we dropped the 'Borough' from our name in 2010 when we won promotion to the English Football League for the first time in our history, although it's stuck as our nickname!
We currently play in Sky Bet League One, the third tier of English football. Our home games are played at The Lamex Stadium, which has a capacity of 7,800 supporters. Over the years, we have achieved a lot in our relatively short history: including 2 FA Trophies, 2 Conference National titles, a League Two Play-Off Trophy & automatic promotion to League One in 2023.
We have also knocked out Premier League Newcastle United & Aston Villa of the FA Cup in recent years!

The referee was very bad AGAIN. Stevenage deserved the win. Everyone hates on Evans but would love to have him as a manager.

Unbelievable job he's done and he can't be criticised from where we were until now, but his tactics are shit and his football is long ball and boring, wouldn't want to lose him but don't want to watch it either.
