Stefan apparently lives in everyone’s head rent free. In the beginning Damon dedicated his life to ruining Stefan’s, and Klaus was arguably a little obsessed with making Stefan his friend.

The Damon-Stefan age gap. That is always something I feel like people don't appreciate enough. That's why even in the first season people kind of treated Damon like the quote-unquote adult, and Stefan as a kid. Because there's nine years between them! I am pretty sure at the end of the fifth season when Damon is dying he says he's been alive for 172 years and we know that in season 1 Stephen was 162? Or whatever the answer is, I've done the math. And from that time they started at junior year and here they're like what, at the start ish of their sophomore year of college. Add subtract. That's also part of why I think their relationship is so special. And sad too. I think that knowledge says to why Stephen had that little boy crying face when Damon came back. Damien was the most loving adult figure for most of Stefan's human life. He idolized Damon (even though Damon was already a little broken)

The Enzo/Matt plotline is one of the worst in the show
The fact that Elena still be trying to be so overprotective of Jeremy is such an annoying Elena thing. Like girl, this boy has DIED and come back to life multiple times. He has battled ORIGINALs, he's a former HUNTER for God's sake. Like CHILL, he will be alright lol. You on the other hand have been a vampire for 2 years and are still WEAK and USELESS **frustrated sigh**
