But the docter said it has no cure, you need to take medicine to your lifetime. He suggests me etoricoxib 90mg daily for six months. My MRI shows Bilateral sacroiliitis in both SI joints. The disease may remain silent or high or mild. Treatment varies upon disease activity. Yes etoricoxib is a pain killer and anti inflammatory also for this disease. Doctors may mix and give you, but not Rheumatologist. Arthritis experts are Rheumatologists, not orthopaedics. My simple message and only one message is that Arthritis doctors are Rheumatologists , not Orthopedic surgeon. Visit Rheumatologist for any joint related problem or arthritis which is not due to accident or trauma. Thanks

Whenever u r given some steroid treatment, u know that it will increase weight. So During treatment, u have to follow strict diet control ( no more calorie intake, more fruits and salads like that) and regular exercises.

doctor i recently diagnosed with lichen planus doctor prescribed some medicine includind prednesolone 10 mg per day i take only 2 days because of severe side effects lije blurry vision and tingling inhand and feet excessive thrist and frequent urination these side effects upto 7 days but some blurry vision ( pass ka sab ache se dikhta ha but door ka halka blurry like 100 metre door ka) kya ye sach me blurry bision ha ya me zayada soch raha hoon

Ye aapke age or weight depend nahi karta!!! Kisi ko steroid dena hai ki nahi, wo medical bimari, ya uske seriousness pe depend karta hai. Jo gym ke body builder steroid lete hai , wo el tarah ka male testosterone ( matalab hormone ) hota hai, dawa wali steroid nahi.

I took streiod for 4 years to gain weight... Not continuously.... There were 1 500mg capsule in the morning and 1 tablet to chew... I gain weight 48 to 105 in 4 years ... Belly fat, moon dace,male boobs and thin legs abd arms.. so i decided to cut off... Then i took 1 capsul and 1 tab after 3 days... Then half capsul and half tab after 3 days ... Now i am finishing 1 capaul and 1 tab in 9 days ... My weight is 75 now ... Sometimes i feel headach , lose appetite and waves pain in joints and low sex drive. How to cut of this without losing weight and life ?
