My first experience with extreme hot sauce was Dave’s insanity sauce. How close is that to Da bomb beyond insanity? Dave’s literally took my voice away!

I think he might have the highest level energy I’ve sever seen in a guest. The vibe was infectious the whole way through, I don’t think I stopped smiling.

3 minutes in and I could already tell that Sterling was going to be a top-tier guest. Absolutely loved him in this interview. Him describing it as a "free meal" resonated with me so hard, and his energy level throughout this video is unmatched.

From a Tropic Thunder reference, to reciting Shakespeare beautifully, to cleaning every wing with no drink… TOP 3 guest at the top of my head. Standing Ovation 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

This...this right here is why I love this show. I've seen Sterling K. Brown, but never this side of him. I smiled and laughed so hard my cheeks hurt. 😂 You can tell he sincerely enjoyed himself, and it made me want to buy this season's sauces. Wow...an amazing interview. I've never seen anyone with his enthusiasm and clarity of thought. He's done a huge mountain of work. If this interview was done on stage, I'd still be applauding ❤🎉😅

We all know Sean is a fantastic interviewer but can I just say that Sterling’s answers are incredibly good? I mean, he’s coming off the top in the midst of full on destroying wings and every answer is somehow more full, informational and genuinely interesting than the one before. No wonder he’s such a talented actor. The gift of gab is an understatement

Honestly, BEST HOT ONES INTERVIEW EVER!!! The energy, the questions, the insight, the performance (cleaning the wings and not one drink), Sterling's understanding of and appreciation for the show, and I mean... we got Shakespeare at the end EPIC EPIC EPIC!!! I loved Sterling before but this is incredible!!!

He just came in and took over the show, in the best sense possible. Funny, energetic, present, humble and a great sport. Top 3 guests of all time.

The Dawson’s Creek singing has me WHEEZING!!! Also kudos to the editing team with having Sean in the background during the sonnet recital, pure gold.

Sterling has such high energy. He cracks me up... AND he never took a drink of water OR milk while eating those hot wings!

Was he just the best guest ever !?!? I loved hearing everyone in the studio laughing so hard and seeing Sean laugh so naturally! His energy is so contagious and positive! He’s great in his roles but he’s so much better at being himself 😂 LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

Even in Sterling’s supposed heat/drunken stupor, this man is highly intelligent, eloquent, and fucken hilarious!! Loved this episode!

I think this is one of the best episodes yet. You can tell he enjoyed being there, loved being asked questions that no one has asked him about , and that he's been dying to answer for years. Sterling was such fantastic guest. What a vibe.

This episode is my favorite. Sterling is top tier. Ate all the chicken, no drinks, was cool, calm and collective. He smiled throughout the entire interview and he just had a blast.

I loved Sterling in Supernatural. I can now say I loved him on Hot Ones. This is seriously probably in my top 5 favorite interviews. You can tell he is such a fan. He brought soooo much energy that made the interview so fun to watch.

The smile that creeps onto a guests face when they hear one of Sean's deepcut questions is one of the loveliest things about this show, the absolute GOAT of interviewing ♡

He has to be one of the most energetic and engaged guests you've had for a while. Genuinely happy to be there. We need more of that in our lives. For someone who has just ridden the gauntlet of the hottest wings of the series to be able to quote Shakespeare is nothing short of astonishing.

Everyone is saying he’s one of the best guests ever. From the energy to the jokes, familiarity with the show, Shakespeare, and cleaning the wings. Agreed. BUT ALSO, no one ever remembers to plug all their projects at te end right away and didn’t miss a beat. What a professional!

These are guests I love. They try to finish the wings and are genuine fans. He is one of the best guests on the show ever.

This is definitely my favorite episode to the date. I love how he enjoyed the full experience.

Where do I even begin? Sterling K. Brown in is at this point my top favorite actor. His performances are gripping and Lord knows the man can shed a tear. However, it wasn’t until I watched “This Is Us” and he blew me away with Randall. For the first time in my entire life I could say that I felt seen. I’m not adopted but I saw the pressure he put on himself to be the man for everyone in a time of my life where I was forced to do the same. He taught me to persevere but most notably of all he led me to get the psychological help that I so desperately needed. I found I don’t have to be that guy 24/7, I need to live for me and my purpose to do the most good for the world, and that it is ok to cry as a black man. Long and short: I want to hug this man and tell him that he’s doing wonders in places he may not even consider. I’m grateful sir. Thank you.

This has probably been one of my favorite episodes. His exuberance for being on the show was so exhilarating. Then there's the fact that he was straight-up cleaning the wings, something we don't see very often. When he cleaned Da Bomb, all I could think was "Oh that was a mistake", but he handled it like a champion. Kudos to Sterling K. Brown.

How can anyone not absolutely LOVE this man? Thoroughly enjoyed tgis episode. It did feel a lil rushed in the beginning. Later on there was more space for him to fill with his endearing personality. His energy is infectious! :D

This is one of my favorite Hot Ones episodes because of his energy as a guest. It’s so great. He seems like an awesome person to be around.

Sterling was a freaking beast. He was such a great dude on this show, and seems so genuinely happy to be on the show. He was upbeat and happy without having John Stamos’s cracked out energy.

I just fell in actual LOVE with this man. 😳❤️ He and his family are blessed!

Easily one if my favourite interviews and actors, the energy is nothing short of electric and joyful. You can tell he had a good time with it

Probably one of my all time favorite interviews ever not just on Hot Ones. There’s something so wholesome about a guest eating all the chicken, being super appreciative of the questions and interviewer, and just being so open and insightful that makes for great viewing. The Army Wives story is hilarious 😂

Oh my soul... Sterling K Brown. This man has gripped my heart so many times. Literally had my emotions in his hands. I'm sure I've seen him in things before Army Wives, but that roller coaster ride that is Army Wives kept on giving. Sterling is completely gripping in everything he does. He is so eloquent and has such a beautiful presence, even playing a villain. I will always continue to search out his work because he is just that good. I can't wait to see where he goes on this journey. What I am sure of is that it will be amazing. He is on the short list of performances that make me bawl my guts out. This man is truly gifted. It was wonderful seeing this interview of information we haven't ever heard before, all while killing those wings. I think he is the first person Da Bomb did not decimate. I've had it before. Da Bomb is heinous. This was awesome!

While watching Sterling, the french term, "joie de vivre" kept flashing through my mind. It means, "A love of life" or “joy of living.” Sterling K. Brown embodies joie de vivre so naturally. Its inspiring! Love this dude💕💜 Love his energy!
