Sterling Grove is one of the best neighborhoods not only in Surprise, but in all of Arizona.
With the unique modern farmhouse style, the luxurious amenities, the white picket fence lined streets, and the Troon managed golf course, this community is hard to beat.
Being guarded and gated, it is a safe place for families and retirees alike. About 30% of this community is for 55+ only and the remainder is all ages. The amenities here are world class, with resort pools, a spa, tennis/pickle ball courts, golf, and so much more. While this community is amazing, there are certainly some down sides to it which I discuss in the video.
The homes are spectacular and unique in style, ranging from small homes for retirees and young families, to large homes with 6+ bedrooms perfect for growing families.

Toll Brothers Homes are lovely. Floor plans you just don’t see anywhere else. The golf course on the other hand - nothing special. Reminds me of Poston Butte, fairways so wide you could hit them with your eyes closed. No real thought into the design. Not really a desert like you see with other courses. Just flat ugly land. Long drive from Mesa. One and Done!
