@@mamemo359tbh i think rebecca is decent as an actress, she does have a few really good performances, but the problem is, both of her best actress wins did not come off her best performances. she is level with rui en and joanne peh with 9 nominations and 2 wins, but hardly do people think she is on par with those 2.

I think the pressure that the public has on chen hanwei wasnt meant to be directed at him but rather the judging panel 😂😂

I do felt we need a balance~ between governments message and creative approach of a drama mediacorp need to keep up with the trend if not we will just watch China, Taiwan, Hollywood etc shows~ no doubt we do have talents in singapore~

真的很怀念第一和第二代的演员和戏剧。🥺 LNX CHW Zoe Tay Rui En Joanne Jeanette Elvin ng Daiyangtian etc 演技都很好，耐看也很自然。 以前的剧本也很经典- 手足，黄金路，小娘惹，荷兰村，同心圆, Unriddle etc 我都有从刷。 please bring back the good script writers!! Ever since 96度C cafe, the drama quality has dropped :( Also, please use and promote good actors like Richie, Tasha, fang rong , Chantelle more. ITS A CRIME FANGRONG doesn’t have more roles I literally watched her growing up and she has fantastic acting skills

Actually, Mediacorp dramas are not as bad as some people think; they have their own style. But I do really hope Mediacorp can produce more blockbuster dramas such as The Little Nyonya. It has been a long time Mediacorp never produce their 台庆剧 and celebrated their 台庆. Jiayou Mediacorp! Hope they can produce more high-quality local shows.

There are no lack of Good Actors/Actresses in Singapore.. just lack of viewers. Special Shoutout to Jeremy "Jin Tiao" .. congrats! You deserved the award!

Anecdotally, the people around me who criticize mediacorp dramas are those who dont even watch it. I also watch kdramas and there are plenty of lousy ones as well, even if production values are high. Yup like I watch love alarm and nevertheless is so lousy kdrama I prefer to watch 18 again,true beauty and school 2015. Dr. Slump is nice tho. There are some local show in Singapore that is nice for instance the special need drama that Richie won best actor last year and some of the past 7.30pm drama life fear not,old is gold and the heartland heros is so heartwarming to watch these shows

一直说要支持本地剧，问题是近年来的本地剧真的很难坚持看下去，没有用心拍的剧拍再多也没人看的，经费 场景廉价不说，演员连续霸屏，这部还没消化完下部又出现，就连临演也是一个重复用在几部剧，不出戏都难😂

I don't watch Mediacorp shows. Almost all of them have poor storylines, poor theme. Some even have poor or misleading facts. Find no satisfaction in watching them. What best actor/ actress award? I am not bothered.
