In Ohio there is a restriction: Its customary for attorney to be present. Is that for all loan signings?

Do you have any information about obtaining the Title Insurance License? Do you offer the course for that? I am a notary for my state already but I'm having a hard time finding how to get that license so I can be a signing agent

Hi! So full transparency, GA is an attorney state. And it is actually the hardest attorney state because you cannot get direct business there from mortgage professionals. The quick answer is while it does require more work to be a signing agent in an attorney state, it is possible to make a great part-time income in GA! In fact, I have students from GA who are successfully making thousands of dollars a month part-time!
